"Tim Jr called about 30 minutes ahead to confirm I was home; just as he has done in the past. He came out with the part(s) I ordered. He went to work right away and finished promptly. He was polite and well-spoken. I did not keep track of the amount of time it took him, but he was extremely efficient. The original service call for $92.02 (includes tax) was deducted from the new price. The company tells you upfront that the service call fee is applied to repairs, should you choose to have them fix the problem. We have used this company over the years when we need appliance help. I would highly recommend. Tim Jr was out last (September, 9/13)  when the button on my microwave broke. I have found them to be a reliable source to call on when our appliances need service. They are pleasant on the phone and are accommodating with scheduling. Also should mention, the company was able to come out sooner than Friday, March 21, my schedule didn't allow until Friday.

"It quit working next day. Came out and fixed something on dryer. Worked for a few weeks then quit heating. No dryer Thanksgiving week. Came out and fixed that. Maybe on that Sat. after Thanksgiving. Quit working again week of Christmas. Came out and said it was plug behind dryer that was not getting enough voltage. Also said if we did not want dryer, he would pick up and refund our money.  But he thought that dryer was a good one.  Electrician came out and confirmed voltage problem and replaced plug. Dryer worked one day.  Electrician came back out. No problems on his end. Called  A Plus back and left a message to come and pick up the dryer and refund us. That was a month ago. My Husband and myself have left several messages.  NO ONE WILL RETURN OUR CALL. No response what so ever. Not sure if Debbie is giving the messages to her husband or not. He seems professional but she is an excuse maker.  Now we are also wondering if our $1000. maytag dryer was really kaput or if it was the plug in the wall.  We bought a new dryer the week of Christmas and have been waiting......and waiting.

"Rodney is a repair ninja. I called him late afternoon on a Thursday when the dryer suddenly died, and he popped over to my house within an hour. He didn't have the particular part for my model # on his truck but he told me he would return first thing Friday to my house to get it all squared away and he did. I was so concerned I would have to go days watching the laundry pile up but that just wasn't the case. He was friendly, patient, and quick. Will definitely be adding him to my go-to list for when the next appliance issue crops up."
