"Brett volunteered his time to help our kids'  school.  Anyway, he came over to look at our property and instantly had some great ideas, thoughts and suggestions.  He is extremely nice, friendly, and down-to-earth.  He listened to our thoughts, spent time canvasing and mapping the property, and then thoughtfully processed them into a design that he thought might work for us, inviting us to his office to look and possibly change some of the design if we wanted.  We were highly impressed with his responsiveness, his desire to make a design that we liked, his genuine nature, his easy-to-work-with-attitude, and his overall professionalism.  We're kicking ourselves that we didn't find him sooner when we had another landscape project that we hired out,  but if we decide we need help with our landscaping project in the end, he'll be the one we call. "Antonio (owner) was great to work with. He moved a very large Japanese maple to the center of my yard, when other companies said it wouldn’t make it. He put an irrigation system, sod, and a beautiful path. Every plant and lawn has flourished. He is very fair in pricing, and wants to make his customer satisfied. I will use him again for my backyard."

"I am a wanna be gardener but really don't know where to start.  I got a planting plan from a landscape designer with the idea that I could do it myself. I had 4 mature coniferous shrubs that I wanted removed and realized soon that the job was more than what I wanted to handle. I contacted Shannon Landscape & Construction and Brian Shannon came out within a week to look at my project. He gave me a verbal estimate of $1500 and said they could get to it this fall.  The next day I received the written proposal and scheduled it for the following week. The project included removing all old existing sod, removing old shrubs, trimming all other remaining shrubbery and trees (which included one maple and one ornamental cherry), clean up and haul away all debris, bring in 3 yards soil mix.  Prep the ground for the lawn and garden beds. Install approx 200 sq ft of sod. The estimate included all labor, material and equipment and estimated a 3 man crew for 7.5 hours.
    The crew arrived right on time and worked very quickly.  So quickly that they were done in about 4 hours - so I asked if they could do some yard clean up in the back.  Alex, the crew foreman called the office and got the go  ahead to do that and in another 1.5 hours had cleaned up and removed a lot of overgrown plant material.
     Everyone I spoke with at this company is very professional.  It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will definitely be using them again.

"I got a deal for 8 hours of clean-up for $250.  I have a big yard and didn't expect them to get everything done, but 8 hours by professionals is probably 15-20 hours by me, so it was a good deal.
In general, they got a lot done and did it fairly well.  I gave them a B on quality though because there were times when a few seemed to be looking for something to do to fill their time, but there was a section of the yard that they didn't touch.  As I said, I didn't expect them to do it all, but it seemed like they were kind of milling around for the last small portion of my purchased time when there was an area full of weeds.  It was just odd, but they didn't damage plants and carried away a ton of fallen pine-needles, pine cones and other debris, so I was happy with the service.
