"Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"Eric did a great job while giving me my quote. He was very knowledgeable and found some issues with my siding that I hadnt noticed yet. He showed me the product that DaBella was offering and the differences in other siding materials. He worked very hard to make the siding replacement quote affordable and fit all of our needs. I cannot wait to get the new siding."

They were attentive to all the details and wanted to ensure I was satisfied. Joe went the extra mile and coordinated with the contractor that did the seismic work that I had completed at the same time. There are likely lower priced siding contractors out there but the quality, integrity and ease with which it was to work with Joe and his crew was definitely worth it and the work was done right the first time! "I don't usually write reviews online, but in this situation I cannot help myself. I was blown away by Mark's responsiveness and work ethic. I venture to say that Mark is faster, smarter, more efficient, and more detail-oriented than most any contractor. I was in a desperate situation (had to fire another contractor for unfortunate reasons and NEEDED our only tub replaced and bathroom tiled so my fiancé could use it to recover from surgery in a few days). Mark problem-solved quickly, told me to buy a new tub, and came over Friday at 5 after his regular work day to help me get the tub replaced in under 2 hours. After asking his wife first (classy), he offered to work over the weekend to get the job done. We worked side by side to knock out the bathroom in 2 very long days. Being a new home owner, I was jazzed to learn how to tile and Mark was an excellent leader and teacher. Honestly, I could go on and on. This guy is for real. He's professional, skilled, and efficient as all get out. I'm sure he isn't perfect, but I think you'd be very hard pressed to find a better skilled or more enjoyable contractor in the area. "

"The sales person did a good job explaining the work needed, what they would do, and provided a clear estimate. I purchased the plus package with ridge vents. The crew did a good job removing and installing the new roof, boards, and skylight. We had an issue with too much oil on a packag or two of the shingles which created an interesting look on my roof. We worked through the issue by holding payment for that part of the work until the oil faded (a few months). It has been about a year and the roof is doing well."

"We were impressed with the professionalism and the look of the house when they were done. They provided any paint product you preferred. We decided on Benjamin Moore cuz we liked the specific gray color they offered. The crew showed up on time and we're done in a day and a half. The quote included some trim on the outside around the garage end roof Peaks that we had repainted green because the old beige color was fading. They also touched up corner of the living room ceiling strip where I had splashed gold it's when we last painted saving us from having to repaint the whole ceiling and the match was perfect. Also repainted the back of the metal front door which was old and dirty looking and the bottom of the fireplace which also needed freshening up from its dirty white color. I asked them to cleanup or touch up some previous paint left or from an old paint job and they did so so on that but I'm not complaining. For the price, lack of family inconvenience, and overall finished product we could not have done better. They were considerably cheaper than two of our beds which made my wife nervous but she needn't have been, they did a great job."

"We are so happy with our new fence that Serden Group installed. We priced the fence out with multiple installers and we are happy we chose to go with Serden Group. They were little more expensive than others but it's well worth it. We just felt more comfortable with their level of professionalism throughout the whole process so that is why we went with them. The installers were super nice and worked fast. The install only took a day and fence is high quality and looks great! We can't be happier with the fence and the whole experience. They are well worth the money!!!!"
