"I was impressed by Cope Floor Care just from reading the reviews, but after using James Cope to clean all the floors in our large home, I can really see why he's earned such high marks.  He did a thorough and professional job.  Our carpets look WONDERFUL and he got out some old pet stains that I wasn't sure would come out.  He also found some other faint stains that we hadn't noticed and treated them several times with different things he had with him.  When they couldn't be completely removed, he said he'd get back with us and his followup was quick and impressive.  No one knows how to do everything and I appreciated that he was willing to say "I'm not sure, but let me get back to you"... and then called us within a couple days with more info.  I've already talked to James about scheduling him in the future to come back and do all our tile surfaces and he will definitely be my Go-To person for any issues with my floors.  I highly recommend him!! <br />"

"I am very satisfied with my service that I received. We were moving in to a new home that had set vacant for quite some time and needed the floors cleaned from top to bottom. I had scheduled my service for a Saturday afternoon, but after a schedule conflict with the movers I needed to cancel. I was hoping to have the floors done before the moving company arrived but it didn't seem as if it was going to work. I called and cancelled and then was called back and offered their service for that day! They came to our home on a Friday evening around 7 pm and worked for about 3 hours. I am so grateful for them doing that! They're work was great and made all the difference with our new home. Our hardwood floors were clean and sanitized before we moved the first thing in the next morning. I will definitely be using them again in the future!"

He was very timely for our appointment and called us prior to arrival to assure us of his arrival time. He used protective covering on doors and doorways to protect our home from his cleaning equipment and performed some extra steps to remove the furniture dimples left behind as all our furniture had been removed. When he was done, all of our carpet looked great."

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
