"I would classify Tidewater Septic as an ideal contractor. Service was friendly and professional. Over the years, I've had several septic services come out to pump the septic tank. Some have told me it was impossible because of a concrete slab that obstructs one of the lids. Tidewater Septic noted this challenge, figured out how to work around it, and helped me understand how to remediate the issue for future pumps. It was the perfect service call. I would hire them again and recommend that you do as well."

"They arrived early, and called first to make sure that was okay. The two gentlemen were very courteous and professional. They also provided tips on septic care, and were very patient and knowledgeable regarding my questions. Price for the cleaning was $361, plus $120 for the 'good bacteria' treatment. I will definitely use this company again!"
