"Automatic did a very good job of putting in a new water main pipe. The original pipe ran under the driveway, so they had to dig a new trench. They did a very neat job of digging the trench by digging up the sod first, then dirt. The sod was replaced in reverse order. The ground looks very lumpy in places, but I imagine one would need a landscaper to restore it to its original smoothness. All in all, they did a great job, and I would definitely hire Automatic again."

I think they called at 3:00 and they were just pulling up to the driveway. He was excellent, he put on those little covers over their shoes, that the doctors where. When he came in the front door, he put those on and then he took them off when he left. He cleaned up the area, it was very clean and neat. Everything was cleaned up. "Prompt answer at the office on a Saturday morning. Courteous and professional scheduler. Received a 20 min heads-up call when plumber was actually headed my way, which was very helpful. He didn't have the correct tool to remove the clean out cap, so the cap had to be destroyed to remove it. When I objected to the price quote including the charge for a new cap, that charge was removed. The clog was promptly diagnosed and cleared. The overall price structure was higher than I expected, but the service was VERY prompt, courteous, and it was a Saturday. Overall, I would certainly use this service again. <br />"
