"I had a small leak due to a nail pushing back up out of the roof tile. It was difficult for the repair person to find however while he was looking he noticed a lack of sealant around several of the roof penetration's metal flashing. He sealed all of these as well as the small leak. Well done - I will use them again if needed.

"Signature Exteriors did a great job. They were prompt in responding to my request through Angie's list. They came out the same week and inspected the roof. Michael provided pictures of all of the problem areas as well as the minor repairs he made while he was on the roof. He provided a detailed estimate of the repairs he suggested which included replacing a run of shingles, fixing some flashing that was installed incorrectly and replacing a damaged gutter along with the rotted wood caused by the gutter. The work was completed quickly and office was great at communicating with us about the timing."

"It went great the owner was very helpful super professional I'm very happy about my roof couldn't of done better work myself. 5 stars forsure! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION OR REMODELING NEEDS!"

"Greg and Claire at Steele Restoration are fantastic. They make the roof and gutter replacement process smooth and simple. We had our roof damaged by hail and they facilitated the entire process with our insurance company, helped with our HOA approval, and made product selection easy. I talked to several companies before picking Steele and all of them wanted to slap new shingles on my house and run; not replace important elements of the roof like flashing; not Steele. They believe in doing the work right! Most important of all, they had excellent communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend using them if you need a new roof or gutters."

"Great service and excellent work. Very professional and was able to start the job 2 days after I called. And finish within the same day. I will call Miller Roofers when I need the repairs or new roof"

"Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. They came exactly when they said they would and did an excellent job, using high quality materials and workmanship. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of roof repairs, or as I did a new roof and new gutters and downspouts."

"They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. I canâ t say enough good things about them!"

"Very well. They did my garage as well as the house roofs. Gave me good advice as to the need for the repair."

"Responded quickly to our inquiry, very professional on the phone and in person, scheduled quickly, did the job and explained clearly what was done, cleaned up the whole work area, including gutter guards and patio, made some other minor repairs to the roof while replacing the flashing, estimated the age of the roof and when it might need to be replaced."

"I used them twice and they're excellent. The price was fair.  They did a great job. They got rid of scratches. They did the headlights without even mentioning it or charging. It was two people, and it took and hour and a half. The workers were very good courteous, and excellent."
