The owner Han personally came and did it himself. He was promt and very professional. You can get any 3 rooms cleaned for $119 or any 5 rooms for $199( with coupon found on their website). You will not be disappointed. He got stains out that I thought couldn't be removed. I was thinking if we ever move we are going to have to put new carpet in those rooms before we ever list our house now I don't think we will have to! I also added on the Pet Neutralizer since most of the stains were pet related so it was an additional $75. By the way, before he actually cleaned the carpets he thoroughly vacuumed them with a big industrial vacuum and then he pretreated them with the Pet Neutralizer solution. Also, I called him on Wednesday and he was able to do them for me first thing Friday morning so I loved that he fit me in on short notice!"

"This is a thoroughly professional  carpet cleaning service.  They showed up when expected and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet for a fair price. They go the extra step to protect the carpet and will do whatever it takes to clean stubborn stains.  We have used them before and will use them again.  We also referred them to my daughter's newly bought house which had supposedly had the carpet cleaned the week before by a different service.  The difference after High Tech was done cleaning was amazing.  They also got out a large spot where about a half gallon of paint had recently been spilled.  Can't even tell where it was now. "It was a complete tear down to the studs.  Home Depot sent SoCal to us. The work took longer than they indicated it would.  Originally, they said it would take a week.  The work took longer because of the flooring, etc. They came on a daily basis and stuck to the job.  They were very personable and helpful.  We were especially happy with the tile floor with decorative inserts that they installed. They were the more thrifty of the three estimates we received. Subsequently, we have had some problems on the vanity counter top with staining and they have not followed up with us."

The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. "The ladies called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They started right in as soon as they got here. This was a coupon offer, at a huge discount off their normal price. Their website lists all the wonderful things they clean, from floor to ceiling. Before they left, the ladies told me they were done. They did everything I asked, except they left dust and cob-webs on the bottom of furniture, and the bathroom ceiling fan was not even touched, which I did not check. The office called me to ask about the service. I neglected to mention it to them at that time. <br /> The ladies do work hard, and what they do clean is extremely thorough. I would use them again, and watch more closely, if another great coupon offer comes out. Their prices are much too high for leaving things uncleaned the first time through. <br /> <br />"
