He was very professional in his work and interactions with me. As soon as I called him, he spent at least 30 minutes speaking with me concerning his work experience and discussing the project that I was seeking assistance with. He quickly arranged to meet me at the home at a time convenient for me even though it meant close to an hour drive for him on a weekend. My neighbor and I both rearranged our schedules to be there when they said they would be there, and they would show up hours later or not at all. There was always some excuse. When all was said and done, I asked for a partial refund for all the inconveniences and he was not at all agreeable. I had also asked them to redo my shower, but after this experience I cancelled that quickly."
