We offer wood repair, rodent exclusions, fumigations but we also specialize in non-fumigation termite treatments. Our #1 goal is to educate our customers in protecting their home from pests. Our termite inspections are FREE with the only exceptions being escrow and refi's. If an inspection is for a escrow/refi we will charge $199 for a experienced inspector to come out and inspect the entire property, if treatment or repairs need to be made the $199 will be applied to any work performed by All Clear. We understand the importance of building lasting relationships with our clients and we strive to exceed all of our customers expectations.

Mike Hewett the owner and chief service man came over the same day for a free inspection and proposal. He was experienced and knowledgeable and did a through job of the walkthrough. All Clear's proposal did not include "add-ons" and focused on the areas necessary for exterminating the rodents. Although somewhat pricey, Mike agreed to a more reasonable quote. The work that was performed a week later was done well, the two member crew of Jerry and Mike Jr were professional, courteous and flexible in taking input and incorporating them. Mike himself came in to inspect and finish the final piece that involved some ingenuity and creativity. The team has kept their schedule to do the follow up inspections and removal of rodent after the job. Overall, I'd recommend All Clear Exterminating and Mike for the job any day!"

"David knew what he was doing, the work was very good and it was in a day. He was the only contractor to respond and needing someone to complete an inspection and repairs as soon as possible, we went with Pro Kill. We spoke to a woman who arranged for David to inspect to satisfy requirements for a VA home re-fi. We were under-the-gun to get the pest certification as quickly as possible as one of the last steps in the re-fi, we had other time-sensitive events waiting on the re-fi to close. We were anxious and agreed to work we thought might take a few days to finish, but 6 hours, pesticide, bondo and a long 2X6 board is all they needed. Looking back, it seems like A LOT of money for a days work, we realize there are other factors that influence price and had we more time we might have shopped around and to save money. All-n-all, the work is done and we have moved on. The guys at Pro Kill will do the work right (at least as far as we can tell) David and his helper were nice and cleaned up afterward, but it might not hurt to make sure you are getting all that you pay for."

Also sprayed the attic to prevent termites from getting into the wood. Repairmen were so nice about putting down plastic to protect the carpet. Repairs were fast and done very well. Another well known company wanted to tent or use heat treatment for over $4000 to resolve our issues. This company treated all infected areas and repaired wood where needed. Very fast and efficient. We are extremely happy with No Nonsense Termite."
