Sylvain did an excellent job on my patio room with new exterior siding and interior drywall, a new door and 3 new energy saving windows. New insulation was also installed. Sylvain also installed an energy saving, through the wall, AC unit and 2 new ceiling fans which I had purchased. There were no unpleasant surprises or unexpected costs above the estimate I had agreed to. Sylvain was on the job each day, and communicated with me often as to the progress of the project.
