During our first meeting for an estimate, Sylvain listened to my "wish list" to upgrade my older, patio room enclosure and told me he could provide what I wanted. Sylvain did an excellent job on my patio room with new exterior siding and interior drywall, a new door and 3 new energy saving windows. New insulation was also installed. Sylvain also installed an energy saving, through the wall, AC unit and 2 new ceiling fans which I had purchased. The exterior siding was painted to match my home, and the new drywall was painted a color of my choice. Daily, the jobsite was left clean. There were no unpleasant surprises or unexpected costs above the estimate I had agreed to. Sylvain was on the job each day, and communicated with me often as to the progress of the project. "The technician always comes to the door before starting work to alert us that he is in the yard. The work is accomplished quickly and quietly. The technician leaves an invoice in a plastic bag on my front door knob. It is convenient to pay the invoice online. When my lawn gets enough water, which is my responsibility, it looks great. However, if this drought continues much longer, I may have to resort to xeriscaping.
