He did it all quickly and efficiently. He also followed up by instructing me by phone how to reprogram a garage door remote which I had forgotten to mention when he was here. "Birchard met with my husband and I on numerous occasions to discuss the work to do in our kitchen.  He was friendly, personable, and worked with us on coming up with a plan that made us happy.  He took one of our cabinet doors so he could use it as a sample to get some cabinets made.  We scheduled for the work to be started end of Sept 2015 and we were supposed to pick out a counter top we wanted.  Birchard provided us with a quote and drawing of the work with some minor tweaks that still needed to be done.  In trying to finalize a specific date to get the work started, Birchard told me that his cabinet person went out of business and he was looking for someone else.  This went on for about 2-3wks.  Birchard then stopped returning any phone calls.  I tried for a couple weeks to get a hold of him with no success.  My family then went on vacation and then the holidays and just lost track of trying to get the work done.  Then beginning of Feb my husband e-mailed Birchard asking him what happened and if we offended him in any way that he didn't want to work with us.  We also asked him to return our cabinet door back to us.  Birchard read the e-mail the next morning (according to our e-mail read receipt) but never responded and never returned our cabinet door.  Unfortunately, the work is still pending and we're starting from scratch and now we will need to pay someone to make us another cabinet door because Birchard won't return ours for us."

"We had a wonderful experience with Ronnie's Handyman Services- from calling for a rate sheet and estimate, to scheduling and through completion. <br /> Andy, our handyman and new go-to for all fixes, showed up right on time and with all the supplies needed for the ceiling repair we called about.  We added a few more things as time allowed and Andy tackled all of it- he had a never ending bag of tricks that got everything we threw at him done in less time than we anticipated.  He taped and draped the room with the ceiling trouble so that when he was done there wasn't so much as a speck of mud on the floor.  He was careful with our oversized clock and leveled it beautifully in an awkward corner of the room.  He balanced and secured our front door so we don't have to go through the garage to get to of the house. Last, but certainly not least, he cleaned a bird's next from our dryer vent and then crafted a chickenwire fix over just the opening (not the whole fixture which would have been ugly) so we won't get any repeat nesters. <br /> Ronnie's friendly office staff invoiced me via email a couple of days later and let me pay online in a snap.  The bill was detailed and easy to read at the reasonable rate expected. <br /> I will call Ronnie's Handyman Services back when my fix-list grows to fill an entire post-it note again. <br />"

"Victor is Awesome! We set the appointment for 9/18/19 between 10 and 11 AM. He was at my door around 10:15. He showed me things that Sears never did!! He went through the diagnostic process and we didn't hear the motor turn on. He pulled out the dishwasher (not a easy task due to the prior installation) and pulled out the motor. The spindle (not his words) was completely off but thankfully not broken. He had to get a few things from Ace hardware and just like that it's running like brand new! Highly, highly, highly recommend him and his company! I've spread the word and if I ever need appliance repair again I'll no were to go! Thanks again Victor!"

"Mike and his son Matt are consummate professionals. They have done several things for us including painting our new house inside before we moved in, Repaired a crack in the roof stucco.  Repaired and painted damaged wood posts on back patio. They uninstalled then reinstalled a  built in microwave oven so I could thoroughly clean it. They replaced a spray hose of kitchen faucet, hung new mirrors in bathroom, trimmed closet doors after carpet was installed and repaired a front porch light.   I can't remember all the things they have done right now. <br /> We are still using them to do so many things and will continue to hire them. <br /> They are knowledgeable, honest and fair. <br /> , <br />"
