"Daniel V. came out to check out our air conditioner in preparation for the upcoming Tucson heat.  We scheduled the appointment and he was right on time.   
Daniel was very friendly and personable. He did his checks and washed the coils off up on the roof.  The air conditioner was fine and needed no repair.  Daniel suggested a surge protector and a few other possible upgrades.  We decided on the surge protector and he installed it.
We have been very happy with the attentive service and air conditioner that we purchased from Intelligent Design and would highly recommend them for a new air conditioner or repair in Tucson.

"Just as Joshua promised, the crew arrived at 7:30am on Monday March 13th and began the process of cleaning, stripping and repairing my roof. They also repaired my cracked and torn Parapets and resealed all my skylights and windows. On Tuesday, they finished the repairs and put down the 1st coating of Tan Apoc Sealer. That was followed by a second coat of sealer applied on Wednesday. Then as promised, I received almost 50 pictures of the job from start to finish. IT LOOKED LIKE I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW ROOF. It also made it evident I needed to have some wood repair done to exterior of my house that extends up beyond the new roof. Who knew wood rots? I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with the service and professionalism of AZ ROOF RESTORATION. Now I can use the money I saved to fix that wood rot I mentioned above. "Our main installer was Jesus, and he carefully explained each step of the work and then went over all the information we would need to know. We are very happy with all three items, saving electricity with the SolaTube as we no longer have to turn lights on during the day in our Master bath dressing area, we hope that the Solar attic fan is helping to keep the house cooler by exchanging the air in the attic when it gets hot. In our small home office we replaced an old skylight with new double glass skylight with a shade system and this has made a big difference in the office.
