He measured the area, and he warned me that a black stain around the edge of the carpet (which he said builds up over time from the heated air) would not come out and that the discoloration from fading would not change. But he said the carpet would be clean and sanitized with 220-degree steam. So I knew what to expect. He did get regular dirt spots out. The communication was very good and everyone I dealt with in person and on the phone was courteous and professional. We had to reschedule a few times, once because Sparrow had to handle an emergency for a client, and two more times at my request, but it worked out fine. The work was done efficiently and quickly--it only took an hour--and I was happy with the results. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. To show me that they could get the floor clean, which I had doubts that anyone could do it, he cleaned a small section of the floor by hand. I was sold from that point on.
