"I needed to have my shower floor re-tiled, all of the grout color matched and sealed, the existing wall tiles cleaned, my shower caulked and a couple of chip repairs. I did not know who to turn to because the person that installed my shower just a little bit over a year prior did a horrible job and never sealed the grout which caused stains, never caulked my shower and overall was a disaster. I researched on Angie's List and found Arizona Grout Busters. From the moment I called up I knew that they were the company to go with. Nancy was absolutely the most delightful and upbeat person. She was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed and schedule Dave to go out to my home for an estimate. Dave came out within a couple of days. He was also just as friendly and kind. He explained what they could do in a very detailed manner and provided two estimates right away because I could have chosen a few options with how to proceed. He did not pressure me into doing the items of the higher estimate and also suggested a couple of things to be done but never once said that it had to be done. I went with the more expensive option of just replacing the entire shower floor as opposed to just color matching and sealing the grout. Within a week they were able to send out one of their installers. Roger the installer was the best I have ever had when it comes to people doing home projects for me. He was professional, courteous, on time, a hard worker and extremely clean. He wore a mask, booties over his shoes and even put down towels to walk on to the shower. When he came back three days later to seal the grout he told me that if I find anything that is not satisfactory he would fix it right away. I did not find one thing wrong with his job. He finished my big project in two days. It turned out remarkable and I could not be more happy with my shower. I went from hating my shower to loving it. The cost that they charge is extremely reasonable. If you are thinking about remodeling your shower or just need minor repairs I would not hesitate in the slightest to hire Arizona Grout Buster."

"Cesar came to give us an estimate for the flooring and shower.  It seemed very reasonable so we scheduled him to start work as soon as we closed on the house.  Since we had to return to another state to sell that house, and no personal items were in the house, we provided a key for him to work around another contractor.  He had provided a sketch of what the shower would look like with and alcove for shampoos, and would send us pictures of his progress.  He brought by samples of the ceramic tile he thought we would like and made the suggestion of placing the floor tile in a diamond design to contrast with the square design of tile in the center of the house.  The end result was beautiful.  All his or his assistants work was very good.  They would clean the areas up before leaving.  They finished the flooring before we returned, and finished the shower a week later (since we had not expected to sell our other house so quickly and returned sooner than expected).  Once our kitchen was almost completed, his worker came the next day to put up the backsplash, the accent and the floor board tile around 3/4 of the island.  He and his workers were very polite and listened to what we wanted, even when we decided to change or add work to be done before that part of it  was actually started, and they adjusted wonderfully.  We were extremely pleased with all the work accomplished by them.

"Adam, assisted by Johann and Martin, totally replaced our master bathroom shower enclosure with tile, a "pebble" floor, and new Ferguson fixtures. We also had the vanity counter replaced with a new quartz top, new fixtures, a vanity-length mirror replaced with two lovely custom made mirrors, and a useless garden tub and old wall tiles removed, the area retiled and the walls replaced. The job was outstanding, completed right on schedule, totally professional, elegant and functional. "Mark and his worker did a very professional job with the re-install. He added a second row of carpet "tac." He was able to fit the rug up against my bathroom tile perfectly. Seams were sealed nicely between the bedroom and the closet and at the entrance to the room. In addition, he repaired a small corner of one of my landings on the stairs so well, you can't see the seam at all, and he also fixed a bulge on another stair. He was very responsive and accommodating to my schedule and needs, which I greatly appreciated."
