Joe assured us that he would rectify everything , which he did without hesitation. We decided to go with the 18” x 36” tile which was a better color match and do an envelope design on the floor. It turned out better than we could have imagined. We are extremely happy with the craftsmanship and professionalism of all the workers and would definitely recommend Carifa Tile."

"The tile removal of the old tile and installation of the new tile job went very well. About 450 sq ft of tile removal and installation. Chris and his crew take great pride in their work and it shows. I purchased the tile and the grout and Chris then removed the old tile and underlayment, purchased and installed the new underlayment, and installed the new tile and grout. The removal of the old tile is unavoidably a noisy and messy work. Very satisfied with the final product, and the pricing for the job was extremely competitive. Chris had previously installed a glass tile backsplash in my kitchen (after removing the previous tile backsplash) so I was already very comfortable with the quality of Chris' work. "I called Smith & Rogers and left a message requesting an estimate for removing existing tile and replacing it with another floor tile also installing one full wall of mosaic tile all in our powder room. I received a timely response to set up an appointment. Bill came out and gave us an estimate which we accepted. He was very professional and very nice to work with. Dan Rogers and his helper Dave arrived on time and immediately started doing the work. They laid the tile and returned the next day completing the grout. They did am excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each day. After a day or two, I could see a haze or film on some of the floor tiles. I called Dan to ask for his advice as to what to use to help clean it. Dan said they would return and take a look. He and Dave returned and applied a solution that took care of the problem. We are delighted with our completed powder room and will be calling Smith & Rogers again soon to replace our existing shower."
