"Excellent service prior to the service and after the work was completed. We had Groutsmith clean our tiles, remove and repair grout, seal and change the color. of the grout. Very happy with the work. We had a minor follow-jp appointment where we had a small section of the grout that was coming loose. They came out promptly and did the repair. We are 90 days post the work, and everything looks beautiful they offer a 1 year warranty. Happy and highly recommend!"

Specialized in hardwood, Carpet, snap and lock laminate, sheet vinyl, and vct. Also kitchen remodels and bathroom remodels. We do painting framing and drywall minor plumbing and minor electrical work. We take our our time to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with all our work and any problems after we are gone one call we will be back same week to make sure everything is perfect.

"Sir Grout of Bucks County was wonderful. Corey was very prompt with reaching out to set up an appointment and was very clear on what needed to be done. I didn't mention the glass shower door and he said they could clean that also. The work they did was fabulous, the shower looks brand new. They were very professional (shoes off at the front door), cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier. I honestly didn't think it would look at good as it does. We built the house 16 years ago and it now looks as it did when we moved in. Highly recommend them. I had an estimate that was about 1/2 of what Sir Grout charged but I just didn't get the same level of confidence. I have no regrets going with a higher price."

"Fantastic work from start to finish. The owner, Len, was a pleasure to deal with on the front end. Len came out to my home for the free estimate and upon providing the quote, Len also scheduled the project. Two members of the VIP Grout and Tile team performed the work itself, which was a shower restoration project. They were professional and good guys. All loose, cracked and failed grout and caulk were removed and replaced. Mold that got into and behind the old caulk was removed. The shower went from a mess to looking brand new! Even cleaned the countertops and sink areas where some water had built up mineral deposits on the granite countertop. Reasonable pricing, too. Cannot recommend VIP Group & Tile Concepts enough. Stop reading this review and hire them ASAP."

"In addition to the granite tops repair and polishing, Tony also cleaned and sealed our tile floor grout that was neglected for several years. He is very experienced and professional. He tested 3 areas with different cleaning solutions to determine which product to use. On difficult areas he used a different cleaner. The floor came up great as well as our granite tops. He also finished a marble tabletop for us. We highly recommend him, he is also very personable to work with!"

I'm so happy with the job John did cleaning, re-grouting, and sealing our shower floor--it looks brand new! He also replaced a well-worn drain cover at the completion of the project. He was hard to pin down to start the job--but usually that's what happens when people are good at what they do and their services are in demand!
