"I hired Will Wolffe Tile and Grout Restoration to replace the natural pebble stone floor in our shower plus clean and seal the tile on the shower walls and floor. I highly recommend Will. He was punctual, professional, friendly, knowledgable, and very skilled. I couldn't be happier with the job he did for us."

"Mike was extremely prompt and professional - he came out to give us a quote on repairing a strip of tile in our basement, and was able to complete the project less than a week later for a fair price. He was great at communicating and his work was perfect. Highly recommend and would hire again!"

"Excellent service prior to the service and after the work was completed. We had Groutsmith clean our tiles, remove and repair grout, seal and change the color. of the grout. Very happy with the work. We had a minor follow-jp appointment where we had a small section of the grout that was coming loose. They came out promptly and did the repair. We are 90 days post the work, and everything looks beautiful they offer a 1 year warranty. Happy and highly recommend!"

"Arrived at appointment 1 hour late. During estimate stated that floor tiles would be cleaned and tile installation would be done at no extra charge, but then added $400 to total. Would not allow us to see work in progress. The house was covered in a fine dust afterward; areas of bathroom floor grout not cleaned and inside shower door has caulking smeared all over the metal...not a clean finish."

"Fantastic work from start to finish. The owner, Len, was a pleasure to deal with on the front end. Len came out to my home for the free estimate and upon providing the quote, Len also scheduled the project. Two members of the VIP Grout and Tile team performed the work itself, which was a shower restoration project. They were professional and good guys. All loose, cracked and failed grout and caulk were removed and replaced. Mold that got into and behind the old caulk was removed. The shower went from a mess to looking brand new! Even cleaned the countertops and sink areas where some water had built up mineral deposits on the granite countertop. Reasonable pricing, too. Cannot recommend VIP Group & Tile Concepts enough. Stop reading this review and hire them ASAP."

"He was on time and did a very nice job. One section of tile probably could use more grout. Thx"

"I'm a big believer in shopping local and using local contractors whenever possible. So I was thrilled to find a guy with an A rating and 125 mostly excellent reviews who lived five minutes away! I'm so happy with the job John did cleaning, re-grouting, and sealing our shower floor--it looks brand new! He also replaced a well-worn drain cover at the completion of the project. He was hard to pin down to start the job--but usually that's what happens when people are good at what they do and their services are in demand! The price was fair, and the work was completed in less than a day! I'd use him again for tile work and recommend his services to others."

"Husband and wife team were very professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job on all carpets and placed plastic or styrofoam coasters under wooden leg furniture to prevent carpet staining. Best carpet cleaning we ever had done. WE WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN !"
