Get matched with top grout: replace or repairers in Phoenix, AZ

"Our cracked tiles were replaced as scheduled and the work was "top notch"; however, I was disappointed when we were charged extra for the mortor that we felt should have been included in their quote. They dyed and sealed the grout in our two bathrooms and that turned out great. The grout looks really good and clean. Everything was cleaned up when the job was completed."

"Corbin was the first to respond to my call. He was nice and polite. Did the job right away. Kept me informed of everything. Sent receipts. Excepted a check. Did a fabulous job in matching the grout color to my tile and went beyond and redid some bad areas around my sink areas. He cleaned regrouted, sealed. Iâ ll be calling him to do my floor later on. Thanks Corbin and youâ re welcome for the homemade soaps. Enjoy! Would definitely recommend him to others."

"We bought an older home and they made the tile floors look like new. It was well worth the money. Plus restored our shower to a better position"

"Work was done well, did not expect the grout to have a yellowish tinge to it, wanted bright white."

"After on-time arrival the repair looks great."

"Martin's All Floors was beyond a doubt one of the finest contractors I have ever hired. They were responsive and prompt - they did what can only be described as returning my tile and grout to as near new as possible with close to 1000 sq. feet - absolutely beyond any expectations I could have. They were polite, cleaned up afterwards and price was excellent. They are truly an exceptional service that I will hire again and have already recommended. Absolutely outstanding!"

"Replaced broken tile and grout, price was much better than all other quotes and scheduled repair quickly after submitting request. Will use again for other repairs when needed."

"Daniel was very professional, he showed up on time for the appointment, he responded quickly via emails and he explained his process for cleaning the carpet.  It was a different system from what I have used in the past and it looked like his machine did a good job of deep cleaning the carpet.  He cleaned up well when the job was done and I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Brett was professional, informative, very personable and just an all around good pick on my part. I hadn't ever looked for anyone to clean tile and grout before so I was totally dependent on Angie's List for information.

Brett was care with the furniture, put protective covers at the doors where there would be contact with the hoses. He explained to me what he was doing and educated me on a number of things I didn't know about tile or grout. I am going to follow his suggestions and do some of the work myself on the baseboards.

I didn't realize it and when I told him I was going to have the traffic areas cleaned as soon as I finish unpacking and get the furniture settled he told me he also cleans carpets. I was so happy with his explanation about his process as opposed to those cleaners who not only saturate the carpet and pad and you have to figure it goes down to the subflooring, and that can't be good. When that happens it takes forever to dry, leaves a sticky residue which is like a magnet for dirt and shortly you have a dirty carpet again. I was going to do whatever it took to avoid going through that.

I was totally happy with the entire experience and will recommend Brett to as many people as I can. He did an excellent job and I'm so happy the tile and grout looks normal again (the dirt was not from me), in fact, I couldn't bring myself to walk barefooted on it before he cleaned it. Way to go Brett!!!
