"Eric was fantastic. He carefully analyzed the problem (multiple birds nesting within unsealed areas of my roof). He removed the birds, sealed and repaired my roof, trimmed a nearby tree which was serving as a launch pad for the birds, and purchased and installed owl decoys. Since this was a rental property and I live in another state, Eric consistently provided projects updates. This was a very difficult problem that another local pest control business refused to take on. Eric provided consistent innovative solutions and the costs were entirely reasonable and appropriate. I received great value. Thank you so much, Eric"

"Our only complaint about Metro Reconstruction was the length of time it took to start the job. However, it’s hard to fault a company whose popularity and good work actually created their wait list. Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. But in the end, our patience was rewarded and we were very happy with the result. Here’s a brief recap. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line. Our stucco was damaged from a rogue woodpecker and we were seeking a permanent (non-lethal) solution to the problem. In a just a week or so, Ben was at our house reviewing the job details and taking a stucco sample to match our color. Now all we had to do was wait for the weather to warm up and even that arrived right on cue. The work crew was efficient, professional and polite. Every evening they cleaned up the work site and kept the clutter to a minimum. Within a week the task was completely done and we are very glad that we waited."

"Was referred to chad from a friend, he was very helpful on what I needed to know and also discussed my roof age and the scenarios of waiting to re roof in 2 years or doing it with the solar. I have yet to get a utility bill and my connection fee is zero due to the credits I build up. Anyone thinking got going solar to save $ reach out to chad. Excellent experience."
