Ashleigh kept me up to date with scheduling and was always there to take my calls when I had questions. The installation team worked hard and worked full days everyday to get the job done. "I was nervous when making a selection of who I should use to build my detached garage. After having 3 other companies come out to giving pricing I contacted Scott, Mark and the crew from Americas Best. I became fast friends with project manager Scott as he determined exactly what I wanted and gave feedback on things I had not even considered. He and Mark gave me onsite pricing I could not refuse and started the work soon after. The garage is everything I hoped for and more, when my neighbors ask who built it I’m proud to point them to Americas Best! I hope to have them build a deck for me before winter!"

"I got several quotes from companies that specialize in pergolas. I wanted something that was contemporary while keeping cost and quality in mind. I also wanted to customize a few things to allow for limited sun exposure without having a full cover on top as our yard faces West. I worked with Tony who is a sales rep for the company. He wasn’t pushy and came prepared to walk me through their offerings. We exchanged several texts and calls as I kept coming up with mind blowing ideas every hour (ok maybe I was just crazy). Regardless, he was attentive and addressed every suggestion. The village took about 2 months to approve my permit due to Covid and limited resources and it was finally time for the install. Levi was our installer. If I owned this company, Levi is who I’d want working for me. He treated us as if he owned the company himself and was very attentive to me pointing out things before he was even done with the job. He assured me everything will be fine once the pergola is up, things are sealed and a final coat of paint is applied. He was absolutely correct. There were some issues that I addressed and Levi did everything in his control to make things the way we wanted. The wood comes from the mill and the two boards in the front of our pergola were not aligned as they were/are different in size by about a half inch. The two boards meet in the middle of our pergola as it’s about 28ft wide. He shaved off where the boards meet and made it look as seamless as possible. The wood from the mill is also very rough and while it gives it a rustic look it can cause splinters if somebody was to rub against it. The only thing I wish I knew ahead of time was how the wood felt. We may get it sanded down in the future as we have a basketball court attached to our patio and kids may run into the wood. As of now it looks great and we’re just waiting on some touch up paint or paint codes so we can go and buy paint from Sherwin Williams. I highly recommend working with this company."

"I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Construction! Leonard (owner) is very fair and definitely knows what he is talking about. I was very confident in the work that was done. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. They were always friendly and professional. Before hiring Caliber Construction we had received several other estimates from other companies. Leonard's knowledge and know how is definitely what made us choose Caliber Construction. I cannot speak highly enough of Caliber Construction. We will definitely be using them in the future for additional projects."

"The initial bid was just a little over half of another contractor that was bidding on the work to be done. The final bill was a little over the initial bid, but the overage was caused by our picking out Designer appliances rather than the less expensive ones. The workers were very polite, friendly, and respectful of the house. Covers were laid out each day to protect furniture and floor coverings and then put away each evening before leaving. They even laid straw over the path across the lawn for their use to keep from tacking in mud and debris. And extra protections were taken when they knew that the work entailed the creation of dust. All work was done very professionally and the workers were very responsive to the minor changes that were introduced as the work progressed. We highly recommend that Dial One Pleasure Valley Constructions be used, or at least consulted, for any home remodeling projects"
