"After showing staff where the dog invisible line was but they cut 3-4 times and did not inform me but turned off the system and my dog could have gotten away with the fence turned off for 8 days until I found it turned off. I told the lead installer that if they cut the line, let me know so I could fix it right away. Instead, they just turned it off and left after the project was finished."

Not only did they service the sprinkler system and make adjustments and repairs to improve coverage, they took the time to discuss how often we should water and provided lots of tips and information on the sprinkler system and watering practices for the area we live in. Very professional and personable."

"They seem to be very busy, so I didn't get an immediate call back from my message, but when I got a hold of them the next day they were very helpful in finding time to schedule someone to look at my irrigation system. I wasn't sure if the new sod could be watered with the existing system or if I would need to add on. They have repairmen who do the work, but only the owners provide quotes, so she scheduled a repairman to come out on a Thursday morning and the owner on Saturday if the repairman couldn't get it to work for my lawn. They did not show up during the three hour window. When I called in, I found that they were confused by the two dates in their system and cancelled the Thursday service. She apologized and had someone come out later that day. The repairman was excellent and was able to adjust the irrigation system to cover the new sod."
