"The initial bid for removal and installation of (3) roofs, gutters and downspouts with gutter guards was bid competitively so I awarded the bid to this company. I provided the requested downpayment and the work began as scheduled. As they were removing the old layer of shingles with a machine that created excessive vibrations, I noticed it caused the ceiling in my garage to begin coming apart at the joints. I immediately pointed this out to the workers. They informed Matt Donnelly (an owner) who came out to inspect. After acknowledging the damages, he asked what I wanted him to do about it (an odd question). I explained to him that I wanted the ceiling repaired at no cost to me; they were responsible for the damages. He refused my request stating he wasn't going to pay for the damages made by his workers. I asked him to finish the one roof he was working on and cancelled the additional portions of the bid. I will never call them again!"
