They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"We had a complete tear off and replacement done. Went wonderfully! What a contrast to other roofing contractors. Joel has always super responsive (so many never even call back once!), and was excellent at following up when *I* wasn't super responsive. When I had questions they were always answered quickly and clearly. As far as the actual work, I'm not sure that I'm able to judge one roofing job to another, but I can say there isn't anything else that I would ask for! Joel and his team identified problem areas and replaced wood as required to remedy any rot that had developed over the last 30 years. The new roof looks great! Northern Counties Roofing Systems might not have the most glitzy marketing materials compared to some of the other contractors in town, but the price, responsiveness, and finished product all speak for themselves. A+ and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof."

"Todd and his men were very professional and the work site was cleaned up each day. I could see how much dry rot needed to be replaced, and I am confident that the work was done correctly. I also learned why they were putting in the type of roof vent they used, and why my old roof vent didn't work. Also, I had new gutters installed, and likewise, I could see the difference in how they were not properly installed before....now I have gutters and downspouts that will work! My roof cost was $8400; the cost of replacing A LOT of dry rot was $$2650. I'm VERY happy with my roof!"

"I have owned many homes and worked with many contractors and Rob of Sunrise roofing is one of the best I have worked with. He is honest, reliable, and good at what he does. When I asked for a quote to replace our roof he got back to me quickly with a clearly written statement of what they would do and for how much. Despite being in tremendous demand, he is very responsive to questions and very clear about their availability and the timing of when the work will be done. Most important to me, he does what he says he will do and when he says he will do it. In my case, I had to delay the work for a number of months and was pleasantly surprised that he was willing to honor his initial quote despite the delay and a significant increase in the demand for their services. I am also very grateful for the extra work they did repairing some problems that were found as part of an inspection. Many contractors would have used that work as an opportunity to increase their bid significantly but Rob and Sunrise did it as part of the job and refused to accept any additional payment; despite my offering to pay them extra multiple times.
