After explaining to them about some possible problem areas in the ground (large tree roots and rocky ground) they were able to work around them, and completed the job by late afternoon. I'm a retired licensed (PA) home improvement contractor and very fussy. This company, compared to other bidders, was the most processional in the way they handled the bid (very competitive pricing even with an upgrade) when looking at the project, then doing the job, invoicing and follow up letter thanking me for the business. This is the third time Jerry has done repairs for my house.  He is always professional, prepared, and personable. When I called, since it wasn't a crisis, he came as soon as he had an opening.   He came and assessed my old hot water heater, determined it needed to be replaced (it was 15 years old).He explained the problems and options to me. He installed a new one, changing some of the old plumbing to meet current requirements, and as always, cleaned up.
