Because of my landscaping, the crew determined the best way to get to the bottom of the foundation was to dig a hole—24” x 8’. It was truly impressive—perfectly squared off. They sealed the wall, replaced the dirt, and replaced decorative stone. They then installed a 50’ French drain—trenching, refilling the trench, and removing excess debris. The crew worked as a team, did a top-notch job, and left the job sites better than they found them. It took them 4 days—and they never wavered from an extraordinary work ethic. That was last week. This week? We’ve had torrential downpours and flooding—but my basement and garage are dry. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat."

"They waterproofed my crawlspace. They arrived late the morning they started the work, not a problem with me since it was an all day job. there was a misunderstanding about what work was to be done, so we had to contact salesperson and he came by our home to discuss. I ended up having to pay an additional $700 to get the complete job. they also were unable to get the sump pump plugged in to my outlet, so I will have to get electrician to come and add another electrical plug in. I am pleased with the work that they did, but the jury is still out account I have not needed the sump pump due to the fact we have not had any water leaks. So, if I can be critical about anything, I would say they oversold there product, meaning Im not sure I needed what I bought. Time will tell?"

"I have a special needs son that cannot control his body temperature, so it was really important that we get that done, so that my son could be comfortable. It was great. They did a fantastic job. They were much less expensive than everybody else. I was really thrilled with how they helped us. The only incident we had, we have  a dog in the backyard and so things got kind of busy toward the end because I am sure they were trying to hurry and wrap it up, but they walked on the carpet that went to the upstairs to get to the attic and put a little bit of mud, some grass and debris. After they vacuumed it up, it was still stained. So they hired someone to come back and steam clean the stairs for us. That cleaned it just fine. I think it was an oversight because of them trying to wrap up things really quickly. They fixed the problem and I really appreciated their service. It was very reasonable. It was great, my heating and air conditioning is still working quite well. We called and they were out to do the repairs in a timely fashion, just a couple of days or maybe not even that much. We didn't have to wait to long because I have a special needs son and he was a priority for us. It took them 2 days I think to do the work. They were very professional."

"I had a 50-year-old house with a cinderblock basement wall that had water slowly coming through. I researched the various firms that did waterproofing and had three highly rated firms come out for an estimate. The first contractor didn’t even bring a flashlight and just looked around and said to keep an eye on it. The second gentlemen did provide detailed estimate and carefully explained the problem. Randy, the owner, from Chamberlin Washington provided a similar diagnosis and estimate. His estimate was not only a little less expensive but he looked at the entire house and found other things that could use some maintenance. This is what I liked about Randy – he looked at the whole house and discovered several smaller things that should be fixed to avoid issues down the road. These were all things I knew about already but I’m glad someone took the time to examine the entire house and not just the one issue I was having. We had then not only waterproof the outside wall but also fill the expansion joints in our patio and seal one basement window as well as re-point some mortar joints in the brink chimney. When the crew came they went to work. They also did an admirable job protecting our plants. An old section of of a 6' high stockade fence had to be removed and I bough a new section and the crew was happy to put that up. When they water tested the wall they found a small leak. They re-did the sealant and that did the trick. Randy came out and supervised critical parts of the job. He was great to work with and happily fixed a few small things at the end. Randy really cares about doing the job right. I am 100% pleased with the work they did. I watched over much of the repair and everything was done correct and by the book. Overall I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Chamberlin-Washington and their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"burned I called Gary he was on his way back to my area from FL. I told him that we had no water that I thought our pump had gone out. He drove all night and was at my house by midday. He went under the house and found out that our pressure gage had burned up. But since we knew our pump was close to being gone and he had one in the truck we just had him fix it. Whole thing took about 3 hours. <br /> I will use him again. He said he moved to FL but to call him anytime and he would come up . <br /> <br /> <br />"

"They arrived at our house around 8.30 in the morning and the job finished around 4.30 that afternoon.They did a great job while we were at work.They called us later to make sure the heat pump was working properly. Wythe sheet metal Dave and the guys really helped us out, they had a commercial job and they them if they could pull off one day to install our heat pump and they agreed ,so our heat pump got installed one day before the triple digit temps hit our erea. i would like to add Robin in the office was a pleasure to deal with as well."
