"Preston was very professional and knowledgeable about my dryer. Determined dryer timing knob was not the issue. The motor is the issue. We ran the drying cycle for 80 minutes and it stopped normally. We worked out a plan with him checking out a motor and I will call him next time I have problem and he will replace the motor at that time."

His brother said he would come at 7:30 p.m. which he did, but he did not fix my two items completely. He was booked to come back on July 12th to finish the job but never showed up despite me leaving two messages on his voicemail and texting him to remind him to come. He never came nor responded to me."
