"Jeff and his 2 men were the nicest people, ever! Hard workers, knew what they were doing and did it perfectly! They should get a rating of A++++ They removed old thin wire from a Kentucky Board fence & replaced it with heavy duty black wire fencing. Big Job! Removed poorly built gates & replaced it one red cedar roll top gate, sturdier hinges and a hand opener that really works. Also, put in 6x6" treated pine posts 12 " in diameter and 32" deep in concrete footing. Also, lined the gate with metal bars for sturdiness. Fantastic!!! The clean up was perfect. The whole job was perfect. And they completed the job in one day - as promised!"

"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. "The garage door opener had to be replaced as its electronics had gotten quite wonky and was producing strange results (door closing partway and then bouncing back or stopping and locking in place, or refusing to open or close with the remotes - in fact it appears the remote codes were being overwritten). Installation took a couple of hours with no issues. We had new concrete steps poured in the front and wanted a rail. The instructions on assembling the rails was a bit confusing so it was better to have someone more proficient than me doing this. They were able to decipher the instructions properly and set up the rail. The posts were securely bolted to the concrete and the rail works as intended. I appreciate that Dadstasks' quotes the work up front and even when difficulties arise (as happened today with trying to get the rail set up and on other previous jobs) which add time and effort they do no charge extra. In all cases I have had good communication with them prior to the quote so we all know what is involved going in."

"Update.  Within hours of my original posting below, I got a call from the owner who was clearly upset by the oversight and wanted to make it right.  Within a couple of days he was here applying the finishing touches and  refilling the holes.  I am now satisfied with the completion of the job.  ( Previous post: The initial walkway installation went well.  The only glitch was the owner never followed up to allow my wife to pick the color pavers she wanted.  Fortunately the ones his crew brought were OK with my wife.  We also got a quote for a second phase that was to include a rock creek bed plus drywells to deal with flooding in a part of our yard. Given the sidewalk was done in early Oct 2014, the part 2 would be in spring 2015.  To confirm the source of the flooding,  the owner suggested digging several deep holes that October which we agreed.  However later in 2014 we decided not to do phase 2. In spring 2015, I contacted the owner via email and asked them to come back to seal the new walkway and refill the holes.  That was in May/June.  I was told it would take a few weeks to get to us due to other jobs.   After 4 weeks and no crew or update, I called and was told "sorry, it's been crazy with all this rain.  I will have a crew there in two weeks".  Another 4 weeks passed, and when I contacted him a  third time, again I got more apologies and sorries and a promise to take care of it "right away"  That was mid-Aug.  It's now late Sept.  Now I'm forced to find some one else to clean up their incomplete job.)"
