So it's always a huge breath of fresh air when you actually deal with someone who does great work at a great price and is nice on top of that. Lenny is just that kind of guy. I called on a Monday. He came out on Tuesday. He courteously gave me a 30 minute heads up that he was on his way and he arrived on time. Dressed professionally and with a friendly demeanor, he diagnosed my problem really quickly and was very good to explain the root causes of my drainage problems. He quoted me a price immediately and started his work. He used a large snaking cutter to unclog my main sewer line and a smaller one for the kitchen drain. He waited a long time to make sure the main sewer was draining properly, which I thought was nice. He also tried to get my toilet to work better and recommended the best type of toilet to purchase since I am going to replace it. He also graciously tried to diagnose a bad smell emanating from the walls of one of my bathrooms and gave me advice on how to go about finding the cause of it. The best part of the whole experience is that he informed me of the reality of my drainage issues with honesty. Oh, and he have me a pen and fridge magnets with the receipt. How cool is that!
