"We’re a unique team of qualified professionals united together with one common goal… “providing plumbing excellence through manners, methods, and materials.” At Half Moon Plumbing, we don’t have anyone to hide, as all of our technicians are polite, kind, and competent.\n\nSince Half Moon Plumbing’s founding in 2007, we have been extremely successful in both the commercial and residential fields. However, we truly found our calling back in 2011 and turned our attention to serving our local neighbors in the service and repair industry."

"They were extremely punctual for both the estimate, and the actual installation, with full explanation of how the machine works including the comparison between the cost of a tankless and a standard heater,. In addition, there has been some vibration noise (that only one member of the family can hear!) and they have been extremely thorough in working to lessen it, while being cheerful through the whole process, despite having to make extra trips to do so."

"Highly recommend this company for anything plumbing related. Jeff was detailed in his work and respectful of property. After multiple hires of other plumbing companies in the past and then not working out, I’m thrilled to have someone I can regularly call on now."

"The repair was done within three days and the technician was great. However, a portion of my sidewalk had to be removed. The technician said that someone would be back to haul off the concrete, as he was not in a truck. I called the next week and was told that they had 28 emergencies, which I understood, as ours had been an emergency, also. Nearly four months late, and having called and emailed several times, my husband finally got a trailer and hauled it off himself so that we could get the sidewalk repaired. He is nearly 70 and had been in the hospital, so I was not wanting him to do that at this time. In addition, we had them come to our business to repair a toilet and urinal. They came by, fixed the toilet, said that they needed a part for the urinal, and then never returned, even after phone calls."

"They showed up within a couple of hours after we called, spent 3 hours cleaning out the french drain used to backwash our swimming pool. Price was very reasonable. Very satisfied with their work."
