"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. There was an issue with it and I got a refund for it. I called them and they said they had already come when I wasn't home. They said they inspected it and I needed all this repair work. There wasn't any evidence that they had been there to inspect my roof. You would have to get up on a ladder and there was no sign they had been there. The gutters hadn't been touched. I didn't believe they had actually been there. I felt they were selling me a package that they could sell to anybody. I didn't feel like I got anything for the purchase so I got a refund for it. They didn't do what they claimed they did."

"I received a roof inspection and a proposal for 14,000 roof repair needed.  I did not need any windows caulked, however, I received no other repairs, attachments, patching up, sealing/resealing.  I now know that I need major roof repair, but couldn't some patchwork have been done, sealing.....something until I can get the roof repaired?  Anyway, lessoned learned.  Once again, when I pay for an Angies List "deal", it usually cost me more than the quoted price or in this case, Huh????  I'm not doing this anymore.

They look really good. The windows are insulated really well, I even left a bottle of water next to window and it didn't freeze. The doors fit really well and look great. They were good about calling when they couldn't get there at the scheduled time."

"I purchased a service coupon through Angie's List for the work.  The only issue was the fact that my roof was too steep for them to service with the equipment and personnel they brought to the first appointment.  Upon realizing the problem, they apologized and rescheduled for the next sunny day and performed the work without any problem at all.  They were punctual, friendly and professional throughout the entire process.  I'd use them again without hesitation.
