"I contacted several local companies when I wanted to get estimates for central A/C installation. I heard about JSP through the list serve at my place of employment and since the review was very positive I added them to my list. Four companies came out, one company never returned my calls to follow up for the quote, another suggested a system that I knew wouldn't work in my home (not enough attic space) and two companies followed through. JSP was one of those companies and what made the difference were the following: 1) JSP stands behind it's estimate and product. Your installation won't wind up being $1,000 more because of X, Y & Z - when they give you an estimate - that's the estimate. 2) They are THOROUGH. Not only did the technician take time to ask my my needs, my family's lifestyle and walk through and around the outside of my home - he thought about aesthetics as well. 3) The estimate is provided on the spot, hand-written, and explained in detail in case there are any questions. You don't have to chase them down to get the estimate or ask your last minute questions. 4) They are meticulous. Before beginning work they send out someone to do a walk-through to make sure every i is dotted and t is crossed BEFORE work begins. 5) Staff. THIS is where I cannot say enough. My situation was not the normal situation of someone calling to have Central A/C installed - there were extenuating circumstances and Ellen not only listened but she remembered, EVERY time that I spoke to her. I called JSP in February so the timing wasn't urgent and I made it clear that I had time . . . if Ellen and I went three weeks without speaking because of vacations, holidays, or because I just didn't get to it - she remembered me as if we had spoken the day before. I didn't feel like a "customer" - I felt like part of their family, as corny as that sounds. My calls were answered the same day, even if they weren't pressing and even after 5 pm. John, the owner, came out himself and spoke with me about my options as I looked to finalize what was discussed in February. I've never had such amazing customer service for something household related. You'd expect that when going to a spa, a hotel or buying a car - but in this case, they went above and beyond. I really cannot recommend JSP enough. If you want to work with a company that cares about your needs, preferences and your family - they're the ones to go with. If you don't care about service or follow through then you can go with anyone - but I truly believe JSP has the right idea about customer service and I hope they continue to grow as the good guys should. *No, I am not related to anyone nor did I know anyone at JSP prior to calling them for an estimate!*"

"Late in Friday the receptionist called with the quote I requested. They still have veterans 20% off a reason to try no matter what.On Monday Laurie called me from her home with the flu and the time Richard, the owner would be there. He arrived and completed the job in less than an hour. He talks to you not down to you.If only he did regular plumbing. The price $235 after a $55 military discount less than the original quote.Thank you for being one of dwindling good guys."

"I had a sewer backup that flooded a room in my home. I had roto rooter dude out to my house 3 previous times in the course of a year to unclog my lines. I tried to reach out to rooterman but he was too busy. I hopped on Angies List and looked up plumbing. Farrell bros is what i decided to go with but was hesitant due to the F ratings. Their plumber Mike, i think it was mike (Marine Veteran) was at my house in less than an hour. He snaked and cleaned out the line, but he found what rooterman had missed! He saw that the trap plugs were rotted out and replaced them. Then he used a camera to scope out the line and i found out i had a broken Trap and a belly! How did the Rooterman miss this three times?? Mike ordered me a part and replaced the broken stuff and was very kind. Both of us were Marines so we bonded a bit over that i think. Anyway, he offered to get me an estimate for digging up and replacing the sewer line and told me about the financing. I may or may not go with them for that big job, i haven't decided yet and am trying to find a cheaper solution such as getting a excavator in there and exposing the pipe then calling Farrell in to replace. One thing is for sure, i wont call the rooterman anymore! Mike from Farell is a great plumber. Ignore some of these other crazy sounding reviews, i can tell you first hand that these people are legitimate."

"JIm at Jamcore provided a detailed estimate with breakdown of the charges and payments across the timeframe of our job. He was scheduled to start our job right after Memorial Day but called and asked if he could start a week earlier! This was great news to us as my husband would be travelling on business during the remodel and this gave him the opportunity to be there for the first week. Originally, we did not plan to replace our ceramic tile floor (put in about 10 years ago) but once Jim had installed the new cabinets, their footprint was less than the original cabinets. Jim quickly gave us several options with accompanying estimates, we made our decision and bought the materials that night and Jim began the floor replacement the next day. He cleaned up and stowed his supplies at the end of every day. The job proceeded on plan with the only holdup we had was waiting for our Corian countertop to be fabricated and installed and that was supplied by another company. Jim's estimate was reasonable and the only change to that was to add the floor replacement. We are very happy with our new kitchen and the work that Jim performed and would use him again for other remodeling jobs."
