"Errol and his son arrived on time, repaired my screen door as good as new. They were so professional and skilled, the whole process was a pleasure. I intend to use Reid services again and recommend them to my friends."

We are a hard working, highly experienced, dependable company. Our rates and estimates are fair and we keep them affordable to accommodate the average working family. We also like to get things done in a timely manner. As far as billing, we provide an estimate for the job needed and typically ask for payment upon completion of work. At times, if need be, half down and half upon completion may be required. Our estimates are accurate and we do not like to surprise our customers, so if there is a possibility of higher cost, we will notify you immediately and work with you to the best of our ability. Our overall goal is outstanding workmanship with happy customers. We pretty much do it all. Give us a call and let us know what you're looking for! We service the entire Capital region.

"They're where very professional. Customer service was excellent. They treated my service as if it was their own. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for lawn service or landscaping services this company and for future services myself."

"The work was done well, but getting it done was like pulling teeth.  His "schedule" is very disorganized, so he can never tell you when he'll be available, and he often doesn't answer any of his voicemails (cell phone or home phone).  If his rates were low, I might put up with that, but his prices are competitive at best, so I was very disappointed with his (lack of) reliability.

"Refrigerator was repaired, washer and dryer were written off as a lost or beyond repair due to parts needed for repair no longer in stock, and the garage door was repaired but not covered by CHW"

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."
