"I needed several different jobs done around my home. Jerry was able to take care of everything. He is a skilled carpenter and also The talented in other areas as well. He renovated my home office by creatively repairing a redwood entry door, patching and painting the room, hung a large flat screen TV, replaced a toilet in the bathroom as well as numerous other small fixes around the property. "The price was good. They're responsiveness was good because there was a minor issue. It was mainly cosmetic. There were plastic caps that goes in the hole of the window after they put the screws through. They failed to put that. I called them, they were supposed to follow-up and they didn't follow-up. They never called me back and they never responsive to take care of that, unless they came and maybe my kids had them do it. The work was incomplete. It's really a minor thing. They're so stupid not to finish the job and they were good otherwise. They didn't get bad ratings, and I don't think the owner even knows. I called them actually six months to three months ago. I told them to come and finish up the final finishing touch of the window, which is part of their job. They never called back. I asked them to even have their owner call me. They're not responsive. The work they did was good except for this last item. I hate to give them a bad mark. They didn't follow up and have a bad reception. I'm not happy with the work because it's not fair that I gave them the full price and they didn't do a full job. Actually the workers were good. They came, they were efficient and did the job. The final touch they didn't do."

"Rob, the estimator, told us exactly what to expect depending on which options we chose, and quoted clear, easy-to-understand pricing.  Cesar and his crew of two showed up 15 minutes before the agreed start time of 9 am, helped us finish the necessary prep work and move the heavy furniture (which was not part of the job description - they were just really helpful), installed the windows and door, washed all the windows and cleaned up the workspaces, helped us move the heavy furniture back into place, and were finished by 6 pm.  Wonderful experience!  We couldn't have asked for more, and I highly recommend them.

"Rigo's team has been working on our house for about a year. Projects ranged from installing hardwood floors, replacing all windows, adding recessed lighting, to full-scale remodels of three bathrooms and a rip and replace kitchen. Rigo is godsent when it comes to complex remodeling projects for novices like me. Not only does he do a great job, but he's also proactive. He anticipates potential issues and resolves them ahead of time. Any unexpected setbacks were met with grace and ended up getting resolved in the end. Rigo is receptive to feedback and takes pride in his work. He's also honest - if he doesn't have the skills to do something (which is rare) he mentions it right away and helps find a qualified tradesman to it correctly. Overall, I am very thankful we found him and I'll continue to hire him for any upcoming projects."

"Of the several contractors I requested bids from, ABA Construction was the only one who addressed all my issues in their bid. Abraham and Joseph were very easy to work with, very professional, and their bid was quite reasonable. Their workmanship is outstanding... the deck is beautiful. They completed the project well within the timeline we agreed on, and were good about communicating with me on a daily basis about progress and issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone in my area. All my neighbors are jealous of my beautiful new balcony deck!"

"It was good. They came on time. They communicated well. There were two men. One of them spoke English quite well which was good. They asked me questions about the job. I was pleased. The owner of the company called to schedule. That was a little weird. When I bought it Angie's List asked for three potential dates that I would be okay with having it done. She said that wasn't communicated to her, so we made an appointment when I talked to her at that time. There were no additional charges. I would have been upset if there were. There were two workers who came out. They were right on time. I think they were a little early. They didn't come to the door early, but I saw them parked out there early. One man didn't speak English, but the other man spoke English. I think when they know what I want and what I need we can communicate better."
