Gui regualrly checked in to provide us updates on the status (permitting, install progress, etc.) and to see if we had any questions or issues. The crew was fantastic. Clean and quick. The best part? The City of Mt. View told Lifetime to install 20 vents on a 2,500 square foot roof!!! Lifetime spent time with the inspector and got that down to 5 vents and ridge vents. Very helpful! Overall, a wonderful experience."

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. "Professional quality from first phone call to install. We felt very comfortable and confident in our project being in the right hands. Finished earlier than expected and left us with a beautiful roof we can appreciate for many years. Replaced 2 broken skylights, torched asphalt for the flat area, and new shingles. He let us know every aspect that needed to be done and offered an extra service of coating his work for added protection. He let us know it was not necessary but let us know all options. "Yep, Indaspec is a five start company. They were responsive and professional. The system we got has boosted our 2003 system and cost 1/5th the price. It will pay itself off in 3 years, possibly less. They were efficient in the installation - took about 1.2 days. The connection between our system and the app on our phones is super easy and now my husband and I have been high- fiving each other once we find out how much the new system is producing. Get the solar, Guys! This company is a gem! The office manager is a sweetheart and the bidding process was easy. The installer was a man of few words for me (I didn't really know anything about the tech part), but took time to speak to my curious and informed contractor husband.
