He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... There were so many things, it is difficult to list them all. The property looks BEAUTIFUL and we plan additional projects for him. "I made an appointment to have carpets cleaned and on the morning of the day of the apt, they called and asked if we could  reschedule due to their extreme work load due to local flooding the day before. We said sure, no problem. On the rescheduled day they showed up about one hour late, which I consider good for any service work. The two workers were very professional, greeted us and gave us a written estimate before starting the work. They were very efficient and thorough in their duties and had the carpets cleaned in about an hour and one half. These carpets are about 13 years old and came out very good considering their soiled condition.
