"after an overall evaluation of my home for more insulation, the owner saw I had an asbestos tile floor in my basement. It was removed, as well. Tubing, piping was added above the bathroom fan. It now goes outside of the attic. I will not have moisture buildup in my attic any longer. My house is noticeably comfortable, not cold and drafty any longer. I am able to lower my thermostat to 70-71 degrees, instead of 75 or higher. I truly appreciate all the work that was done in my home."

Every time I talked to Tom, he gave me very detailed and thorough answers to all my questions in a prompt manner. He provided quotes either that day or the day after for all jobs. While on site the work crews was courteous and did an efficient job. We had an issue with our roof that needed to be fixed urgently, and Tom was out that week with his team to address the issue. "John did a fantastic job on our roof. He resealed vents and the bathroom skylight, fixed a minor loose flashing, caulked the step flashing by the brick, and installed heat tape through gutters, downspouts, and the roof valley. He was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. Very happy with the work and would definitely recommend him!"

"I chose Costello Roof Repairs thru Thumbtack, I had 4 other companies come out and provide estimates. So we had a lot going on.

The guys from Costello Roof Repairs came out and were really nice, and helpful. They took their time, and explained what the problem was, and what they would be doing to fix the problem (leak in our flat roof)

So we chose them, for the fact that their communication was fantastic, on time, great price.

They did the work on the date we scheduled, they finished the work the same day.

We will definitely use them for a future project, and I highly suggest using Costello Roofing Repairs.

Thanks guys!"
