They got everything done in one day and even stayed late, after it got dark, to finish up because the forecast was for heavy rains the next day. ". Power washing (with mildew killer) was performed the day before painting. He did a good job communicating with me about a problem with his power washer.  Fortunately, he was able to fix it and at his request come earlier to power wash the left side of the garage/shed and the fence. The next day painting was scheduled to start at 8:30am. At approx. 9:15am, I called the owner to find out why the paint crew had not yet arrived. He said that due to the upcoming July 4th holiday, there were several customers pushing to get their work done before that date. I'm sure the 100 degree temperatures were probably slowing down the paint crews as well. He asked whether or not I could delay part of my work, but I had neighbors who had moved their cars and had pulled 2 dogs into the house so painters could spray paint my garage/shed from their backyard. The owner came to my house with a paint crew at 10:00am. His visit showed he cared to make things right for Angie's List customers. The paint crew leader and team was excellent -- best that I've experienced. The crew leader was bi-lingual (fluent in both English and Spanish) with excellent communication skills. And, he has high emotional intelligence with good leadership skills, and an attention to detail to ensure the paint job was done as specified in the work order. If I explained something, he understood and could translate in Spanish to his team. They applied primer and 2 coats of paint (3 different colors). I am very pleased with the quality of the work.

"Fidelity Roofing did a great job on my roof. It was not a simple task of replacing the old shingles with the new ones. We had two non-standard features left from prior owners. One was a custom made skylight and another was a chimney box that was cutting into the roof. The Fidelity Roofing had no problems replacing the skylights, so we signed the contract, selected the color and type of the shingles and waited on shingles and skylights to arrive. However, the chimney box was in a very bad shape, leaking and rotten inside. I wanted it removed, but could not find a contractor willing to take on that project. When the time came close to working on the roof, I really got worried and Fidelity Roofing came really beyond any expectation. They offered to remove the box for a very reasonable price. It was not their job, it was not in the contract, they could have just pushed me down the queue and keep working on other roofs, but they came forward helping me - it was such a relief - I can not praise them enough. While waiting on the materials, the roof leaked around the skylight - I called them and Jonathan came over and applied a temporary fix at no charge. When the materials finally arrived they started the work, but it turned out that the skylights could not be installed - ours were too customized and too old - it was not possible to flash between them. Jonathan took care of the issue by offering an alternative solution: as a result we've got the commercial grade skylights, the same kind they install in the big business buildings. The roofers replaced the shingles, secured the old skylights by covering them with a special material to prevent leaks and we had to wait again: unfortunately there are ongoing supply chain issues and ours were a custom order. What shoked me though is that Fidelity Roofing not only did not request a partial payment, they would not accept my offer to at least pay for the shingles and the chimney box removal. Their position was simple: they accept no money until the job is done. The delay was nobody's fault, but they did not accept payment until they were done. Finally, today on Feb 5th the job is complete. I just want to point out that the reputation of the company is not only based on how well they do the job but also on how they handle non-standard and unexpected situations."

"Recently had my roof condition reviewed by Southern National Roofing company after noticing some leaks by chimney. Through this process I interfaced with Brett who was extremely knowledgeable and provided no high pressure tactics. After conducting a rather thorough review of the attic, Brett identified locations of leaks I had previously noted and a few additional locations. After negotiations on the selection of shingles, schedule and cost, agreement was reached in a rather streamline process. Negotiations were concluded quickly and finance arrangements made without any hassles. Over the couple of week before project started, both Brett and folks from the company kept in contact. Work started on schedule and the crew was extremely professional, polite and hard working. Crew protected all plants, shrubs and walkways and then kept up with clean-up as old roofing was removed. All decking areas with any signs of water damage was removed and replaced. The crew worked **** ** the over 4400 sq ft roof. We were extremely pleased with the appearance of the final product. And we appreciate the final review that was conducted a few days later to ensure all our expectations were meet. The guarantee that came with the contract ensured that we were not only protected but that the the guarantee was transferable should we sell the property in the future. Having owned eight properties in my working career, I have had 4 roofs replaced and this was by far the easiest and most satisfying project that I had experienced.
