"We had hail damage and so insurance paid to replace the roof. The Signature Exteriors team did a great job evaluating, found damage to the metal roof over the bay window and worked with the insurance company to make sure everything that was needed was covered- and kept me involved and in the loop every step of the way. They did a great job with the roof and with communication all the way through, very professional. Cleanup left a little to be desired- they did all the big stuff, but I found quite a few little red plastic tabs all over the yard and a couple nails they missed- was really windy the day they finished and think this played a role. Overall I was extremely happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the whole team, would definitely use them again if we have the need."

"Jonathan inspected our roof, found wind damage, and got everything approved through the insurance company. He and his team are honest, professional, did a great job on the roof, and cleaned everything up like they had never been there! I highly recommend them."

"I canâ  t say enough about the integrity and accountability of Masters Roofing, led by Jeff Matchen. After a storm a year ago, I called them to check out damage to the roof when I found a shingle on the ground. No, there was no damage from that storm, but they did identify hail damage from an earlier storm. And after showing the damage to my insurance adjuster, they installed a new roof, paid for by insurance. The real story, though, occurred a year later, when we noticed some mold on a closet wall after some heavy rains. Jeff came out and suspected there was an issue where the shingles met a dormer. They promptly re-roofed that area, tore out some custom cabinets in the closet and took care of the damage under the sheetrock. Based on the location of the damage, and looking more closely at the source of the water, they suspected that the failure was not from their roofing work, but due to a problem with the metal roof on the dormer. Despite that suspicion, they continued to honor their original ownership of the problem, including remediating the interior damage, replacing the insulation and sheetrock, repainting and, yes, even paying for the replacement custom cabinets! Needless to say, I was greatly relieved with their decision. Their ownership of the problem and candor throughout this situation was tremendous. It was very gratifying to see such professionalism at work. I can enthusiastically recommend Jeff and his company for any roofing work that you might need! Randy Shields"

"They repaired my roof damage when others would not. I didn't need a full roof replacement just some roof repairs from storm damage and they done an excellent job for a fair and reasonable price."

"John Prescott came to our home to see what was needed for our roofing project. He spent time personally accessing our situation. A work order was made detailing the roofing repair needs, including possible existing weather damage that would be necessary to repair. The roof repair & replacement was completed in one work day. Thank you Fidelity Roofing, for a job well done"

"Alex and his crew came out and made a repair. I was impressed and the job was efficient and timely. Then it rained and my leak came back. Alex promptly came back and showed me the leak was in the overhang from my deck to my roof. He said I will come back and put a water barrier ice shield material down and shingles. He said not extra charge however I could not accept free labor. We settled and I would recommend AAM to anyone. They were great to work with and when I need a new roof they are at the top of my list."
