"Shingles, gutters and downspouts replaced. As far as I can see they did all the work I hired them to do. Would have been nice to have a picture at the end to show me that it was all completed. They sent me pictures during the roof install, but not the completed project. It would have been nice to see if the pipe boots were installed and the gutter guards. Iâ m too old to get up on a ladder and look. Sales - Fantastic. Roof installers - Fantastic. Gutters and downspouts installers - just okay."

The other contractor wanted to install the metal roof over the exiting Shingles even after I explained that I suspected that some wood decking was damaged and needed to be replaced.
