"There was some fine print about only one color allowed for special deal, which precluded doing ceiling or doors or trim for special price. The provider was willing to negotiate and we were able to strike a deal to complete the areas we needed(though some will take place at a later date) Overall very satisfied with quality of the work done so far and look forward to completing the small areas still left."

"We had a shed pad installed for our new shed. Bob really worked to make sure we understood the different types of pads we could get as well as the ground leveling process. He was the only contractor we talked to that put the pad in the ground (excavating some dirt) so that it didn't just sit on top. As an added bonus, he swiped away a patch of really thick ivy that we've been struggling with. When scheduling the pad, he did delay the installation due to weather issues, showing real concern that if we didn't delay at least a day, the installation would be less than the professional level he likes to leave with. I left for the morning to go to work and when I came home, the pad was ready for a shed.
Bob shows a concern for his homeowner's well being in all matters and is very knowledgable. I fully recomend him to anyone seeking a similar install, and will consider Rock-a-fella's when ever I have a gravelly/patio/deck need in the future.

"John Schuber from the company visited on both days while workers were here.  Both remediation technicians were professional, courteous, arrived at appointed time, and worked a full day.  Always covered floor in our entryway so would not mar it. Technicians wore protective equipment and changed their suits 3 times daily. First day, erected containment area at top of basement stairs, removed moldy drywall and applied sealant to concrete wall, wiped down entire area and all items in that area with chemical to kill all mold and spores, vacuumed area with HEPA filtered equipment, ran air scrubbers all day and overnight. Second day wiped down entire area and items again with chemical, revacuumed area with HEPA filtered equipment, and left air scrubbers to run a couple of days over Christmas. Returned and removed their equipment and containment material.

"the leak was discovered Wednesday morning. Water was already leaking to the second floor. Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00. I'm sending in a paid invoice for reimbursement consideration. As a Homeowner, we just needed to minimize secondary damage that we realize is not covered under the home warranty. "I called and got an estimate for work, they installed about 2 weeks later. The job took about 4 hours. Labor was 650, materials 450. They did a great job, but I think the labor cost was high for 2 guys.
