"We received 2 bids to do the work on our house. George's was the lower price and he used higher grade products from the same manufacturer as the other bid we received. George also provided an 8 page detailed estimate and was much more detailed in person describing how they would complete the project. Our other estimate consisted of 1 page with 7 lines of description and required 25% down. George didn't require any money up front and that is really surprising with such a large job like ours. He also didn't put any high pressure sales pitch on us; he simply gave a broad overview of the project, answered all the questions I asked and then followed up quickly by email with a very detailed estimate for the work. George was able to start our project very quickly which was nice since a tree had fallen and caused a small hole in our roof. He showed up every day at 8AM and he and his team worked non-stop though the 90+ degree days. George didn't cut any corners and went above and beyond to finish the job professionally. His team also did little things that made our life easier like remounting our security camera and painting our exhaust pipes black so everything looked nice and new. George even came back the next week just to install an outdoor hanging light for our front porch that ended up arriving late from Amazon after all the other work had been completed. The workers were all very respectful, kept noise to a minimum (as best as you can when replacing a roof) and also were very meticulous in cleaning up afterwards. My wife is the toughest critic and she couldn't find one thing to be critical of about the outcome. We absolutely love all the work that George completed for us. Getting a major project like this completed can be a very stressful process. I'm fairly familiar with roofing and siding and had at one point considered doing this project myself. After seeing the results, I'm so thankful that I hired George instead. George made it very easy for us and we are grateful that we chose him to do our project."

"Outstanding! • I called at 9:45 AM and they had someone here by 3:15 PM same day. • They identified the cause of the leak as a shingle torn at the tab, which allowed water through to find a nail hole or two. They repaired it and sealed it. I didn’t ask him to, but while he was up there he checked all my vent pipes coming through the roof. He says GAF (a well-known shingle manufacturer) has a school they’ve all attended, and there is a specific way they recommend shingles be installed around vent pipes to insure they seal well long term. Mine are not installed that way. He said it’s not like he can re-do them the way GAF recommends now, but he did caulk and seal around them as best he could. It’s not guaranteed work, but it’s a common place for older roofing to fail, and he said it might buy me an extra year or two when the roof gets near needing replaced. • I also asked them to fix a gutter leak which they did. In the process, though, they also noted and sealed a leak in the fascia at the same spot I didn’t even know about. So yes, not only were they timely and professional, but very pro-active in looking for other things to square away in one call. During a subsequent rain I've confirmed the issues I called about are resolved. I'm very pleased."

Below is a summary of our experiences from start to finish: Angi Bid Request - Betsy, the company administrator was kind, courteous and respectful. She provided me an appt with a job evaluator the next day within 5 minutes of submitting my Angi request. Job Evaluation - Jim, the job evaluator, was familiar with the area and very respectful towards my family and our home. He provided a thorough overview of the Perfect roof replacement process highlighting quality of work and longevity of the material used and installation. His no-haggle sales discussion was much appreciated. Job Agreement - Carlo, the marketing director, was also kind, professional and respectful. He was very accommodating by being willing to urgently reschedule his visit due to medical issues in the family. He was able to confirm details of our installation, finalize the contracts for the job and provide us with an early timeline for our job’s completion. Roof Removal and Replacement - the installation crew arrived close to the 0800 start and immediately began preparing to work. Within 15 mins tarps were spread across our property to catch the debris from the roof removal. The roof was stripped down to the decking, damaged decking boards were repaired or replaced, and a thorough cleaning of the prepared decking was completed by 1100. The new synthetic sheathing and ice guard were installed and the shingles followed shortly after; all debris was removed from our property and taken away in a dumpster that was timed perfectly in both arrival and departure. By 1500 the roof was essentially complete along with the clean up afterwards. By 1530 the entire crew, dumpster were gone, the only indication that someone was working on our house was the new roof and the advertisement sign I agreed to be placed in the yard. Job Completion - time will be the ultimate test for the longevity of this roof. However, the Perfect team seemed committed to giving it its best chance at outliving its 50 year warranty. In every interaction with Betsy, Jim, Carlo, and Ramses (the company founder), experience was apparent. After inspecting the roof first hand I can attest to the quality of the materials used and the attention to detail in the work of the crew. Am looking forward for the sun to set the roof over the next few days so we can once again have a leak and worry free roof. Final thoughts: As an engineer, a quality product and proper installation was paramount for our home’s roof. After discussing our needs with several other contractors, it was clear that Perfect Roofing offered the best product in terms of quality of materials used and quality of installation. This was proved true following installation. Further, duration from first call to job completion took less than one week, which was fantastic considering the active leak we had. Lastly, having a 50 year transferable warranty provides tremendous peace of mind regardless of our family’s plans to stay in this house for a lifetime or sell next year.
