"John stopped one day to quote us a price, we arranged for the work and a few days later our new furnace and AC units were installed. John's helper arrived promptly, removed our old furnace and AC unit and installed the new one along with a new air cleaner, new thermostat and all new piping. "The owner of North Pittsburgh Heating & Cooling came to our house on a Sunday to service our central air conditioning system that was not cooling our house. He said he would not charge us a premium price for a Sunday service call. Upon seeing that our central air conditioner was over 14 years old and used obsolete refrigerant he recommended that we replace and upgrade it with a new system that is compatible with our existing furnace. He gave us a reasonable quote to replace our ac and completed the project the following week. I now have a new working a/c with up to date refrigerant that has a 5 year guarantee on parts and labor and a 10 year guarantee on parts. North Pittsburgh also relocated the condensing unit to the side of our house, corrected the combustion air pipe to our furnace and installed a new outdoor hose faucet."

Each crew was professional (digging and installed junction pipe, the next installed liner, the next came back to refill hole and concrete to grade). All done in 2 days, it was expensive but lower than another company I called. Nice fellas, the girl I was in contact with for questions and billing was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Hoping I never have a problem again! "
