"Along my front step there is a cement wall that is holding back the gravel next to the steps. The middle block of this wall fell out and the surrounding blocks started to crumble. Ron offered to repair it with materials that he already had and did so by replacing a cinder block that he had and also replaced a cap that was deteriorated. He also repaired my chimney. There were several bricks that were flaking and exposing the chimney. Ron was able to match the color of the brick seamlessly, and then came back a few days later and sealed it with an acid wash. He is very nice guy and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to assist me and I would highly recommend him to others."

"This is the second time I have used Hufnagel for electrical issues. Each time has been above and beyond exceptional. Dave is very polite, informative and knows his stuff! The price is very reasonable as well. Dave also gave me an excellent quote to have all my downstairs lighting replaced. I am looking forward to that and having Hufnagel do the work. For this repair, the box for the ADP connection was hot and showing signs of burning on the outside. I do not use ADP, this was a service for the previous owner. Dave disconnected ADP and replaced a broken wall receptacle. Hufnagel made the appointment quickly as I was very concerned about safety from this box heating up. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical issue."

"My wooden mailbox post was coming apart and was getting wobbly. I called Phil and he said he would check it out the next day and then would call me and let me know his thoughts of what he felt would be the best way to go... either repair it or replace the whole thing. He called me and said he checked it out and was able to tighten it up and straighten the mailbox itself as well. He didn't have to make a second trip back. I never saw Phil. I never met Phil. We never talked cost until the job was done when he called me and said he fixed it. He billed me $60. I thought that was fair since he was honest about not having to make this a bigger replacement project. I inquired what other kinds of work he does. He explained that he doesn't usually do outdoor jobs but mainly does remodeling work. I will definitely keep him in mind for any future indoor projects because I appreciated his honestly. <br />"

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"I can't say enough good things about Paul. He is responsive, knowledgeable and does excellent work! He returned my initial consultation call same-day, even though he was on vacation. After agreeing to the work we set a date two weeks out. He confirmed we were still a go two days before. He showed up on-time and immediately got to work. He told me each day what he was doing and offered many tips and advice that I will use with DIY projects. He estimated 3 days to complete the work (painting of a 2 story foyer, crown molding from oak to white, and a large living room) and it took exactly that amount of time. Two of the days I was only there briefly in the morning and Paul turned off all of the lights and pulled the door shut when he was done for the day. I am very pleased and can't recommend him enough. I will absolutely be using Paul again in the future!"
