They cleaned up nicely too. And the results were like a brand new front step without any evidence that repairs were done. I've had a couple of issues since the work has been done...but the company has been very responsive to my issues. This last time the supervisor personally came and fixed the issues himself. "Mike and Jim were wonderful. Mike handled the interior project and Jim handled the exterior project. Very easy to work with. We had issues with the contract initially and getting the project moving because there was a change in Project management. But Jim the Owner was very generous to make things right once he took over the project. Schedule was done consistently to completion and we had a few cracked tiles after completion and they quickly came back to correct them. No issues now 1 year later. We love all they did. Quality is very good. I would recommend them to anyone now that Jim took over the project management. We purchased the door and tile ourselves so this is not in the cost of service."
