"I called Mr. Fisher and left a message and my name phone number. He returned my call in a day or two. I explained the problem. He said he would come out, examine the chimney, and get back with a price. He did exactly as he said. He called back with the price and explained the work that needed to be done. We agreed on a day and time for the work to be done. He and his workman arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. While he was there we also discussed some additional work that I needed done around my windows and my garage. He quoted a price and said he would get back to me as to scheduling the work to be done once he had checked his other commitments. He called me several days later, we set a day and time, and once again he arrived with his workman as he said he would. They worked continuously and cleaned up and hauled away the debris. Working with Fisher Masonry was a very positive experience. They are extremely responsive and punctual. They arrive when they say they will, begin working when they arrive, and continued working until they job was done. They clean up and leave the area clean. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them."

"Start to finish, Dave was wonderful to work with. On his initial visit, he was very helpful using his knowledge to help me select the correct lighting for each area. On the day of installation, Jason discovered a faulty switch and promptly replaced it. They kept me informed the entire day as to what they were doing. Nick was a great worker too."

"My wooden mailbox post was coming apart and was getting wobbly. I called Phil and he said he would check it out the next day and then would call me and let me know his thoughts of what he felt would be the best way to go... either repair it or replace the whole thing. He called me and said he checked it out and was able to tighten it up and straighten the mailbox itself as well. He didn't have to make a second trip back. I never saw Phil. I never met Phil. We never talked cost until the job was done when he called me and said he fixed it. He billed me $60. I thought that was fair since he was honest about not having to make this a bigger replacement project. I inquired what other kinds of work he does. He explained that he doesn't usually do outdoor jobs but mainly does remodeling work. I will definitely keep him in mind for any future indoor projects because I appreciated his honestly. <br />"

"I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"I can't say enough good things about Paul. He is responsive, knowledgeable and does excellent work! He returned my initial consultation call same-day, even though he was on vacation. After agreeing to the work we set a date two weeks out. He confirmed we were still a go two days before. He showed up on-time and immediately got to work. He told me each day what he was doing and offered many tips and advice that I will use with DIY projects. He estimated 3 days to complete the work (painting of a 2 story foyer, crown molding from oak to white, and a large living room) and it took exactly that amount of time. Two of the days I was only there briefly in the morning and Paul turned off all of the lights and pulled the door shut when he was done for the day. I am very pleased and can't recommend him enough. I will absolutely be using Paul again in the future!"
