I received a few inspections and multiple estimates, but wasn't satisfied or felt comfortable enough with any of those contractors to hire them do the job. I called right away, spoke to owner Chris Braswell, we setup an appointment and he came out the next day. He assessed the roof, and we both agreed that my entire roof needed immediate replacement. Chris was very professional, he explained all the details clearly for me to understand. Two days later his team were out replacing my roof. They did an excellent job, completed the roof and cleaned up the debris all in the same day. I am totally loving my new roof! it looks amazing, and I'm glad I went with the color shingles Chris suggested based off his experience...since I couldn't make up my mind picking a color. "Overall it went well. D-Dry had a good price, the consultant for B-Dry was very knowledgable, punctual, and professional. He was also a licensed electrician. The team who did the work was the same - punctual, professional, hard working, and did an excellent job with the french drain and pump. However the drain pipe exit route was straight across the ceiling instead of following all other lines ducts and pipes. It looks very out of place. Also the water exit pipe was too close to the house installed too close to the house. In addition they had no idea that the consultant said he would wire a new outlet for the pump. The consultant came back the next day to do the work. Again the routing (due to the lack of wire he had with him) for the outlet made a straight line to the fuse box cutting across all other electrical lines. It looked bad and I re-did all of his work. Overall I am satisfied with B-Dry and its hard working employees and would hire them again if I had a need. I would try to keep a closer eye on the work details though."

We had a recent hail storm and a rep showed up at our door to offer a damage assessment. <br /> We had considered calling someone after the extensive local storm, but had not pursued it. I was leery of anyone just showing up at the door, but the rep demonstrated his expertise and finesse when he scheduled an appointment with our insurance company on the spot. <br /> On the date of the insurance review, 1 Roof Atlanta's rep spent considerable time with our adjustor. The result was a check on the spot for replacement of the roofing material, less depreciation. (Depreciation would be funded upon completion of a completed work receipt under our "replacement cost" policy terms.) <br /> The work crew that showed for the job arrived bright and early, but their start was put off by a 2 hour rain. They waited patiently to start. I was concerned that the job would be hurried by the delay, but the crew worked diligently well past when I expected they would otherwise leave, finishing up in the dusk. <br /> The finished job was near flawless and better than I had hoped for. There were some nails left in the gutter and garden bed, since clean up had been problematic in the dark. They returned to clean things up. <br /> Subsequent work two months later, when a pine tree fell on our house during a storm, was equally up to snuff. <br /> Bottom line, I recommend 1 Roof Atlanta and Jeremy Durell for anyone's roofing requirements."

Mr. Robertson's said they would call back and never did. Total Roof Solutions came out, gave us a great pitch with examples of everything they do, said they would send me a quote in a day or two and never received a quote from them. <br /> Guardian came out and did same walk through, however same day, the owner came out to look at roof and gave me the quote day of. They showed up and put the roof on in two days. Looks great, absolutely NO issues with anyone from the company they came back and made sure I was happy with results before I paid.  <br /> Totally friendly and professional no pressure company. If I have any other roof needs in future they will have all my business.
