"Mike from New Again Flooring came on a Saturday to give us an estimate. By Thursday, Mike and Shawn were tearing out 30 year old carpet and sanding the 70 year old hardwood floors. He took time to hand sand the stains and did a great job. Mike and Shawn came to the house on time and even worked late one night just to accommodate my ill mother. Mike understood the needs of a dementia patient and how difficult it was for her to be displaced into unfamiliar surroundings. He answered all of my phone calls and did exactly what he said he would do and then some! They stared on a Thursday afternoon and we were back home by Saturday. Shawn came back to the house after the job was done and moved all the furniture back in place for us. Amazing! "We had used Legacy previously for windows and we called them about our kitchen project. Mark came back out and we discussed the goals we wanted and what our budget was.I showed Mark online the things we liked and he came back with a proposal that was workable. Legacy is not a huge company and we always spoke with Mark when we had questions. That was nice. The project was involved. In addition to the kitchen needing a new floor, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets, we cut a hole in the side of the house and put a large window there. More light in the kitchen is fantastic! The project took more than 2 months from start to finish. It was a little longer than we anticipated but we understood. Legacy has talented carpenters but not a lot of them. Mark and Robert both told us it would be nice and that can take a little time. They were right. The attention to detail was awesome. And as the project unfolded we did make small changes on the fly. Those were a difference maker. we love our new kitchen and we look forward to getting our master bath done next by Legacy. "Regal Floorings installed excellent quality wood floors (LVP) in the Great room, living room and hallways (about 500 sq ft). Professional consult, came to the house, worked up an estimate then I selected a higher grade LVP at the Showroom and Glenn re worked the price. Very Professional all the way through and it looks tremendous. Significantly less than some of the other estimates I received but not by any means the cheapest quote. Reasonable for everyone involved. A myriad of transition pieces needed to be stained and installed and Glenn did a fantastic job throughout. Much appreciate and would recommend to anyone that wants quality work done at a reasonable price. Five Stars!"
