No problem, that’s their job. They found the water problem had a lot to do with drainage, so they worked outside in cold & rain & developed a system to carry water away from the house. That, to me, was over & above, but they said their main objective was to get & keep the basement dry, so they did what they had to do with no complaints. Now you can’t ask for better than that - they give their all! I am totally amazed!!"

When fence was built, I asked for a rot board on the bottom rail (1x6), the extra price of the wood was included in the bid...They forgot the rot board and pickets go all the way to ground, we spoke of a DISCOUNT on the next job or rebate...never happened..

Owner of company took measurements for new sliding glass door...the measurements were wrong...Home DEPOT was kind enough NOT to charge me a restock fee.

When the new door came in weeks later, they didn't return our calls.  The rest of the work was complete and they were paid.

It was only a couple hundred bucks...we gave up...

I was going to call them when the door sliding glass door arrived for install...my wife said NO...

We hired someone else rather than give MCS another dime...

No...I would not utilize this company for anything other than PAINT and ROOF...
