"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"I have used Sunshine in the past which is the reason I used them for this job. Eddie and his crew are very professional and friendly. They were always on time and completed the job on time. Never left a mess and always used care not to damage any walls, floors or furniture. I gave Eddie the challenge of installing a "custom" floor in the bathroom. He did an excellent  job installing the mosaic tile which took a lot of time and patience. Sunshine is now my "go to" contractor whenever I nee any repairs or remodeling. I highly recommend Eddie for any project. His prices are affordable and his work is guranteed

"The company was able to tear down old siding and replace all of it on my 3000 sqft shop in outstanding time. Very pleased with the work that was done. Will definitely rehire again."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"Showed up on day as scheduled on time. Got right to work. Workers pleasent to be around and professional. They took care not to track debree throughout rest of house. Saw the boss checking on crew during the day. Cool to see that kind of follow up. First crew finished right on time but worked thru lunch to get it done. The second crew arrived the next day first thing in morning and begin work on floor. Worked all day both days and came back third just to make sure nothing was missed. Finished after workers hours to keep set finish schedule. Nice! Cannot wait to start on the other rooms.
