"Steve and his coworker scheduled my project for Friday morning, June 17. They announced that they were on their way and arrived, as scheduled. They immediately went to work and did phase I (remove Pergo and lay ceramic tile) in no time. It was done all so quickly, a testament to how these 2 folks work well together with Steve measuring and his coworker cutting the tiles, to perfection. Steve told me he would return the next morning for Phase II, grouting and toilet replacement. He arrived right on time the next day and again went right to work. Again, he was done in no time. Steve cleaned up after himself, and I had to do absolutely nothing. His work was excellent and we are very happy with the final project. My only suggestion to Steve and his crew would be to wear a mask, at least when doing the initial meeting of the customer, in these days of COVID. When he was working in the powder room there was more than ample distance between us. Just a suggestion. Again, we are extremely happy with the job done and I would recommend Pete Anderson (and Steve) to everyone."

"Chris did a fantastic job!  I love my new kitchen cabinets!  I had late 80s or early 90s "pink pickled wood" cabinets.  Chris sanded, primed and professionally painted my cabinets.  He does the base cabinets and drawers on site.  He removes the cabinet doors, and takes them to his shop to spray off site.  He delivered the doors back to me the following week, as promised.   <br /> Also, I have a Kitchen Aid refrigerator with the wooden panel insets.  Chris painted the doors to match my kitchen cabinets, for far less than buying new inserts from Kitchen Aid. <br /> He always was punctual, friendly and a true professional.  He would always call or text and let me know when he'd be back, etc. <br /> I would definitely have Chris back again, and probably will. <br />"

"I had All American Services come out to give me an estimate on my garage door for repair because my wife decided to drive through the door instead of waiting for it to raise! Mike came out and showed me all the structural damage and went over all my options for repair. Mike made it very easy and understandable for me on my options and what to do. After consideration we decided to go with a new door. That’s when the Manager Jonathan got involved to help me with designing and picking out my new door with all the options out there he worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted and kept the project below budget! Both Mike and Jonathan were very friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. All American Services is the first company that would stay in contact easily throughout the whole process and did what they said they would and was very speedy. "He started working right after the contract was signed.  I was not expecting the work to start so soon but he started on the prep work. First he started in the hallway stripping the wallpaper and prepping the area to be painted. Next he applied blue tape to the areas to be painted in the dining room . He then helped to move small items from the Dining Room.  He covered the remaining furniture with plastic.  The next day  he scraped the popcorn from the ceiling mudded and applied the first coats of paint.  He would switch between working on the ceiling, to painting the hall, and painting the back stairway. By the end of the day the work on small hall and back stairway was complete.  The next day he finished painting the Dining Room ceiling.  He then started and finished painting the wood work and walls in the Dining Room.  He started and finished the door last. <br />"

"The cabintes were installed about 3 inches too high, and you can see where the old cabinets were. Mr. Own told me that the standard height for cabints above the countertops were 18 inches. Mine were installed over 20 inches above the counters. When I complained to Mr. Owen about this, he made an appointment to come out and take a look at them, and then failed to show up for the appointment. This project with them started in May. It is now November, and things are still not right. The cabinets themselves are beautiful, but they were installed improperly. Only one pair of the knobs on the cabinets were installed evenly, and the rest are all crooked. The glass carousel of the microwave oven is about 24 inches above the stove, which is too high, and one of the cabinet doors is warped, and does not close all the way. I have written them a letter asking for a refund of 25% due to the fact that they were installed wrong, and for extremely long amount of time that this project has taken."
