"Thank you Start to Finish for making my house look beautiful. I contracted with this company almost a year ago, I was a client of Lawn Pride for almost 8 years. I don't regret the change at all. They are a great company, with solid values. They put the customer first, and their expertise and professionalism is subpar. I have used three different services from S2F, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. 1. They provide maintenance for my lawn, the combination of products they use is just perfect for my lawn, my grass is green, healthy and free of weeds. The technician is courteous and professional, he takes the time to put his machine through the small gate in the fenced backyard. He hasn't hit it once. Kudos for a great maneuvering skills. 2. Last year, I met with Cameron, and we talked about outdoor lighting. He recommended a set of Bluetooth color changing lights. As you can see from the pictures, you can seamlessly change the lighting colors from your phone. There is a huge array of colors, with the option of alternating the scene with up to three different colors. The installation was quick and efficient and the product worked right away. They have a very good warranty and don't consume a lot of energy. The price was reasonable and scheduling was very quick, even in the middle of January. 3. This spring, they mulched and cleaned my mulch beds for the first time ever, I have always done this myself thinking I can cut costs. It is totally worth it to let professionals do this. As you can see from the pictures, the level of detail in every mulch bed is something I can't achieve. They also buried the downspouts, this helps tremendously to control water from coming in the basement. This was done two weeks ago, and you can't notice the cuts in the grass anymore. The price was reasonable, and the work was done very well. Overall, I give Start to Finish a 5 out of 5 in every aspect of their work. "We are new to the area and were unsure who to call for yard clean up and dirt haul away after a fencing install. We came across Heath Outdoor LLC on Angies List and decided to give them a try after recieving two bids that were way out of the price range we were wanting to spend. They were very friendly and professional, and incredibly price competitive! We did not hesitate and booked our job with them right away. The crew that did the work the very next day (excellent turn around time!!!) was prompt and efficient, and very nice. Not to mention the phenomenal job they did! They used hand tools and were very gentle on our new sod, leaving our yard clean and our grass in great shape! We will definitely be returning to Heath Outdoor for our future landscaping needs! I cannot speak highly enough about them!!"

Four Avian Glen neighbors (Kelly, Shafer, Humbert, YA) received several bids to improve their low lying, very damp lawn areas.  Contractor was selected based upon price & visit discussion.  Per their contract, initial 50% down payment was provided up front, but then there occurred a four month delay in the work.  Communication responses were poor during that time as to the status of the beginning the work.

The "swamp" areas were fixed with a drainage solution that required installing gravel/drainage pipe under ground.  As identified by the contractor, dog electric fence line was cut as well as in ground sprinkler line.  Both repaired by original contractors per My Personal Gardner contract.  Then, My Personal Gardner came out, filled in dirt/stone and threw down grass seed as his final delivery.

Upon inspection by homeowners, all dirt areas had medium to large stones, the dirt levels were not even with surrounding grass areas and several places homeowners sunk 2-4 inches in the dirt.  Homeowners had to finish the landscaping of all dug areas by raking out the stones, leveling the dirt, filling in holes, leveling with 11 bags of top soil and spread new grass seed. 

So our neighbors agreed upon grade = C.    B=fixing drainage issue; D=communication/responsiveness; F=final lawn delivery.  We all thought since they had "Gardener" in their company's name they would leave each lawn area raked out, level and flat.  A Saturday afternoon by the neighbors of raking, tamping and spreading grass seed returned each area to its original level form.

"Excellent service.  Good communication prior to service and Tim called ahead to let me know when he would arrive.  Tim was very knowledgeable regarding the various plants, shrubs/bushes and trees in our landscaping.  He provided recommendations and was very flexible to meet our requests.  He and his employee worked diligently and did an excellent job.  Would recommend this company for future services."

"They do excellent, very professional work. Highly recommend, especially for hardscape projects. Could be a little more mindful and cautious during their work, but recognize collateral damage is inevitable in most situations; i.e. you can't construct a patio without trampling the lawn a bit. Overall, they were attentive to protecting surrounding areas. Clean up was acceptable. Very polite, very focused on pleasing the customer. Went through three landscapers (yeah, three) who kept pushing me back on their calendar again and again until I fired them. Earthworks had to reschedule a couple of times, but not to the point of being completely unreasonable. Weather conditions have been a major factor this year, which is beyond anyone's control. Overall, great work, nice people, customer-first mentality. Absolutely will use them for my landscaping needs from now on."

"First Choice Tree & Landscape came out to our home and trimmed four trees and one bush. They were on time and very nice. First Choice Tree & Landscape not only completed the work we had discussed but also went above and beyond to unclog my gutter drain.
